Weird. Now I'm curious if I should hit update again on G3 and see if it rolls back....I'm not rooted so I can't pull the PRL before doing it.

Yeah that is odd. I tried a third time and my G3 did roll back to 103. Maybe the PRL isn't fully pushed to all areas yet?I dunno how they send those. Could it be that they have both active for a short time...really not sure.

I would guess that it is another Lollipop prep release.

Either that or a polished Froyo build.  ha!

Yeah, me too. I'm not sure what is taking them so damn long.

 

Has Android L been pushed to any other domestic carrier's G3? Android L has been out for the G3 everywhere but in the US, it seems.

All of a sudden I am having data issues on my G3.  It does not matter if I am on wifi or lte.  Some apps work, like the email app and the stock browser.  Others like tapatalk, play store will not.  Any thoughts?

My phone was doing the same thing, Google Apps worked and apps like chase and capital one bank Tapatalk and some Internet games had trouble loading, but now is back to normal

My google apps wouldn't work along with few others, while others did. I uninstalled every app I could and it didn't help. Ended up doing a factory reset to fix it.

Article on Android Central has a picture that shows Feb 16th for the G3 Lollipop update. Lets keep our fingers crossed it is true and they don't pull it or move it.

Why do they say the 'unlikely carrier Sprint'? Sprint for the last couple years I feel like has been good at getting updates out quickly.

No battery drain here from Fb messenger. I average 70 plus hours off charge. :-)

I did, I don't use it a lot and it was sucking battery life it crazy. Was about 23%
