I took Route 1/9 north then the GW. Then 87 south all around (avoiding the cross bronx xpressway) to the Whitestone Bridge.

Yep, drove right by my house...probably saw me staring at the Sprint site on 1/9 waiting for the crews to start work on it.

Got LTE around Jamaica hillside ave I was at 148-40 hillside ave . Someone should come map it

I briefly pick up 4g in flushing!!!

Northern blvd 155th street. Unstable speed and signal

Can you map it on Sensorly?

4g sighted again near aurbundale lirr station near flushing. Was moving inside the train so couldnt map it on sensorly. But it was there and I took some snap shots.

I also saw the 4G indicator on my Note 2 as well as my Tri-Fi Hotspot at lunch and took pics of it connecting. I ran sensorly and had it mapping for about an hour.

Its interesting to note that todays sightings by Andy pslee and myself were all over the map. I'm curious myselft to see what site was sending the signal out. Probably was a few sites being tested since the range is far from pslee and andy. (See image)

Also note, that the signal must have been coming from the north side of Queens Hospital (where I work), since everytime I went to the south side of my work area (on 8th floor), it reverted back to 3G. Walk across to the north side of the office and 4G again. Outside I was getting a good signal.

LTE on the LIE near Rego Park

Just mapped utopia Parkway from LIE to northern Blvd. I see you have already mapped the LIRR route. Where did you see the LTE in Rego Park? I live right around there.

I'd say several sites were either finally flipped on or in testing giving the range of the sightings. They have been 3G only for far too long in the NYC area, save for the Bronx. Good signs!

Use Sensorly.

Zoom in around Rego park center and you can see some purple on the LIE .
