Lets stay realistic here, that test is not amazing at all. It was done at 9AM not many people on the network. But I am still glad to see speeds that fast.

True. I would be impressed if someone got that kind of speed between 3-11pm. I'm averaging about 500kbps-1mbps throughout those hours.

Just mapped some streets in Forest Hills by Grand Central Pkwy. Looks like the signal is coming from one of the towers in Fresh Meadows. I am also getting some signal at the north side of my house. The signal is too flaky and a speedtest gives me 1.5 down and .05 up. This is all good news :)

Use Sensorly.

Zoom in around Rego park center and you can see some purple on the LIE .

Thanks. looks like the signal was picked up at Junction and LIE overpass. This is probably coming from the same tower that lit up GSP.

I hope Long Island is up next for the Taste of Lte. I will be using the force (Sensorly) to check at all times

Just mapped some LTE goodness in canarsie.....not a whole lot but its a start....ironic that it comes as soon as i moved out though...anything happening in the clinton hill area coming up?

 

Yeah, weird. I am also moving from Flatlands to Crown Heights, near Franklin. I am mad LTE is popping up near my home now.
