My latest comm's with Chris of Tapatalk tech support:

Hi David,   The forum appears to be not functioning correctly this evening, I'll try tomorrow. Sorry for the wait!   Chris Tapatalk Support

Translation: it doesn't work in Tapatalk, so the forum must not be working right. LOL. Or he immediately got blocked thanks to their crappy code. Oh that would be precious..

Hi David,
I think we figured out what might be the problem here.
The forum admin updated their forum system to 4.3 but has an older version of Tapatalk plugin installed.
We have contacted the forum admin to update their Tapatalk plugin. Please do the same as requests from members are attended to more quickly.

They did drop a new plugin on Friday.  I just installed it now.  Let me know how it goes!

Same behavior. I closed Tapatalk, deleted app cache, with no apparent change.

    • Here is this device that can probably be called an HDMI over LAN extender: http://sgcdn.startech.com/005329/media/sets/IPUSB2HD2_Manual/IPUSB2HD2.pdf  Don't be scared by the word LAN. It can be extended over the WAN, just make sure you forward the port on the router to the right device. Google "HDMI over IP" lots of different devices available. What they do is extend/route your display over IP.  Look also at this: https://screen.cloud/devices or this: https://www.getmira.com/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI76jU1a7d2wIVxoCfCh2VhQIBEAAYAiAAEgLpa_D_BwE Which reminds me that with with Chromecast and inexpensive Chromecast dongles you can accomplish what you want at least on a LAN.
    • I think removing it and keeping it that way is cool.   Even TMobile didn't go as far as Sprint with 600/700MHz.  If Sprint ever had a B41 only device, then they should only show B41 coverage, but keep it the same color.  However, they could leave the API there to be used on a site like our local user here (forgot name/site name) for the more geeky users and to track B41 a little.  However, it needs a lot of work and a lot of updating.
    • Not at all. Sprint has added Extended LTE (roaming treated as native LTE) to their maps without an issue in the past. I think it just has to do with the Band 41 coverage map being wrong and ultimately misleading customers about LTE coverage for months now. Until they fix it, they probably shouldn't even bring back that layer of the maps. It's perfectly fine to have a single LTE layer since that is what every other carrier does.
