It is not an IBS. It was specifically labeled a macro site. It is not unusual for brand new sites to not be live when they show up in the update. Sometimes a few days.

2 casinos pretty close to each other there can see where it would be needed. Lots of attractions that pack people in around there including baseball and football too.

Thank goodness for that. A question that you never want to hear: "How's your IBS?"

I know, I know, I joke too much. But I cannot help it sometimes.

Went and tried to visit 3 sites on the West side of the Lake of the Ozarks yesterday. Was able to get to 2 of the base stations, other one was down a snow covered road, but found no activity at all.

Yes that is the base station. Many around that area are the same small size

This is a Nextel synergy site. Sprint's antenna are the very bottom ones.

I've never seen such a small set of base cabinets for a legacy site. They're so cute. Just want to go up and squeeze their little cheeks.

Went to KC last weekend and was getting 15-18Mbps download speeds, it was so disappointing to come back to 0.2Mbps in SGF. 4G can't come fast enough. Fortunately I complained to Credo and they gave me a bill credit for our data fees on next month's bill ($60)...just a band-aid but it's nice nonetheless.

Ahh, in Springfield as well? Majority of the time if I want to get anything done I find WiFi. Being in KC sure is nice. All we can do is hope that work is truly underway in Joplin and STL, which means something should start going on here soon.

Was looking at sensorly(sp), and I see people have picked up signals in Pittsburg and Nevada.

Nevada is fairly new but Pittsburg has had what looks like one tower running for a long time. Really surprised me but both are Kanas market. I have a bookmarks bar entry for Sensorly Joplin because I thought it would be the first to show LTE and hit it nightly and zoom out until I see the LTE in Pitssburg so I can tell the LTE info actually loaded...

Joplin is part of the Kansas market so any work done there doesn't indicate that the Missouri market has begun.

I could be wrong but I was talking to somebody who works at Sprint in Kansas City not in the retail environment but overseas sprint stores from Kansas City all the way to Saint Louis and he told me that Joplin is part of the Missouri market.

All I know is the Oct. 12 front page article here http://s4gru.com/ind...d-adds-20-more/ just before it quotes the press release Robert did an update saying it was in the Missouri Market as far as the rollout mattered. If you read the comment's to the article WiWavelength (AJ) explained it. Somehow I think its Kansas for somethings but for the roll out its Missouri.... I tried to get the guys to fight it out to settle the matter once and for all but Robert wouldn't go for it....

Joplin is in the Missouri market. In the Sponsor section we have maps that show every Sprint site in the country with details about the site including the market it belongs to.

Not sure if this means anything about LTE but I work for a sprint dealer and our demo as well as other galaxy note 2s went into data roaming for about 15 min today. Festus, MO around mid day.

Also I did a speed test about 5pm and it was really good for that time of day... Just under 2mb...usually hard to get 1+ on Friday rush hour time.

Did somebody mention something about a new or upgraded 3G tower in downtown STL? I think I read something about that. Today when I pulled into work by the Macy's building my speeds were off the chain! I was using amazon MP3 and my songs were loading super fast. And that's INSIDE a parking garage. Normally I don't even get 3G inside the garage.
