You actually are comparing a massive system-wide upgrade deployment in a large city where permits are needed against a launch of a movie and its schedule release times. Wow

    Speaking of horrible, I am having major issues trying to stay connected with either my Note 2 or my Tri-Fi Hotspot here in Hillcrest Queens. Specifically Parsons and 82nd drive. I've never seen it this bad. Its taking me forever to read and reply to posts or just surfing the net. wow. Guess they are working on that tower down the street. TS

    While i agree with both Fray and AJ, lets throw our views out the window and make believe that it would be okay for the DOJ to sign off on such a mega deal. I still say it won't be Sprint/Clear/Softbank. Wouldn't it make more sense for Apple to go after a carrier like metroPCS/T-Mobile that offers both domestically and international? TS

    I'm looking at the Sensorly map (online) and there is alot more purple in that area compared to last month. Its so weird looking at that Sensorly map of the city. major areas untouched are Manhattan: Midtown West, Lower East Side, The Village and Lower Manhattan. Brooklyn: Greenpoint, Carnarsie, Bergen Beach Queens: parts of Astoria, Sunnyside, Jackson heights Middle Village. College Point, Whitestone, Southeast Queens (St. Albans, Laurelton) and the Rockaways Staten island: Basically all of the borough. What I find funny is that you see spots of purple in the middle of the bay (probably picking up a signal while riding the Staten Island Ferry) lol TS

    Myself i would wait to see what the GS4 looks like and what it offers, but in terms of Megapixels, well it has always been my understanding (and personal experience) that any image over 8 megapixels is overkill in a phone camera. Granted if it came with it cool, but not really necessary. 1-The higher the MP the bigger the size on your sdcard or phone 2-Unless you are going to print the images on very large paper, then 13 would help, but most just keep the images on their phones or post to the web.     No blake, they were just teasing/playing around with member ott3r. As AJ mentioned, not indicating a statement is a joke/tease can result in those reading the statement to think its true.     As much as I hate the Harlem shake, I like that one guy just standing there doing nothing in the video. That would probably be me. Anyway back on topic. When HTC brought out the Sprint version of the One X (EVO LTE) at the NYC Event) and I held it I really fell in love with it. I had plan on getting it until Samsung swept me off my feet with the Note 2. The M7/HTC one looks like it will make the EVO LTE way better. The low light image taking as well as Beats Audio and starting at 32GB is quite tempting indeed. I am sure those faithful to the HTC brand will not be disappointed in upgrading to it. And I truly hope that it does well in sales so that it can keep others in check. <cough> Apple, Samsung <Cough> TS out (getting meds for this cough)

    It was about a good 130 pages but with all the crap and off topic posts that were removed it got reduced down alot. A+ I know. I'll get back to this in a bit. Its amazing, but after several posts by the staff to keep things on topic and even given out a few infractions it seems that the point just doesn't get across. Its getting to the point that we will have to take even more drastic measures and if it hurts a few members feelings by removing more posts or 1 day or more bans, then so be it. The nonsense has to stop. And by nonsense it includes the following... No slang posts. This is not the neighborhood hangout where one can talk in slang. This is a forum with highly skilled members that seek and partake in discussions that need to be read, understood and expressed in a clear cut postings without trying to decipher through slang words. Do not argue with staff members. If you don't know who they are, see here., this includes writers and Facebook mods.Discussing and debating is acceptable but when it crosses the line and becomes argumentative, it then becomes unacceptable and not community like. If you disagree with any of the decisions, posts made by said staff member, feel free to express your thoughts via the private message system or via email to the staff member or admin. Arguing and fighting staff member out in the open will not look favorably. Stay on topic. I know this is hard but do try. Reduce the back to back posts. There is an edit button for a reason. If you come back to the thread and see no posts after yours and feel like adding more then edit the post and add to it. Screentests. Personally don't see anything wrong with posting them, but please take the liberty of reducing their size. So please, lets work together to make the thread as well as the forum run smoothly and be enjoyable for all. Otherwise it will lead down the path to another closure or worse infractions. TS
