  1. Its almost time for the next iteration of Samsung's Galaxy Phones! I'm planning on pre-ordering either the S20+ or Ultra. Current Rumors have it going on Pre-order February 11. Let the discussion commence...

  4. Samsung Network Vision equipment are highly distinct and fairly easy to spot compared to the equipment that other vendors are deploying. Sprint is Samsung's first extremely massive American contract (baring Clearwire) so there should be no issues in confusing these equipment for another carrier which happens often with Ericsson NV equipment. Below are images of Samsung equipment which includes antennas, remote radio units, base stations, and their mounting configurations. 5. Tim YuSprint 4G Rollout UpdatesThursday, August 2, 2018 - 12:01 PM PDT It's been a long time coming for Sprint through many trials and tribulations. Now it's finally here! S4GRU was able to obtain confirmations that Sprint is finally ready and prepared to enable Voice over LTE (VoLTE) for subscribers to manually opt into in select markets across the country this coming September. See list at the bottom. As a refresher here are some of the essential points about VoLTE applicable to Sprint: Calls placed over VoLTE will have the QOS tag unlike the current Calling Plus conf
  6. by Jeff Foster Sprint 4G Rollout Updates Tuesday, January 31, 2012 - 7:46 PM MST Since last fall, there had been talk of a Samsung Galaxy Nexus launching on American carriers other than Big Red. Sprint has finally announced several weeks ago that it is the another vendor slated for release in the U.S. Suffice to say, many of us out there, especially those adverse to heading to Verizon and paying its premium prices, are excited about the impending release. The good news is that Google could be working on an updated version of the Galaxy Nexus. It has unofficially been dubb
  7. So I have had the chance to play around with the Tab 4(Wi-fi) only model, and Like how much smoother it is than the Tab 3 series. Now What are some of your favorite features About the device? Hopefully sprint will announce one with Tri-band support. I will Grab one when they come out if they do! I believe the Tab 4 on Sprint will have Triband, as the Verizon has 3 band LTE support and At&t version have 4 bands I believe. Also if you are looking for a Tab 4 Wifi only version, Check Target out, it has a Cartwheel coupon for 10% off a Tab 4, plus 20% off a Tab 3. And I want to say a cou
  8. So I am surprised there is not one of these. But I thought it would be nice since I have a question. Has anyone found a way to access "enginerring" screens on this tablet. I used to have a tab 2 on Verizon and could access it then. Any Ideas?
  9. Samsung Telecommunications America 2.5 ghz 8T8R RRH & Antenna Model: RRH-V3 / RRH-B8 The equipment and antennas as posted are unique to Sprint Corporations nationwide 8T8R TDD-LTE deployment and there should absolutely be no mistaking these equipment for anyone elses. 10. A new Samsung tablet certified for Sprint (and others) went through the FCC a few days ago.. Category 6 UE LTE Bands 2-4-5-12-25-26-41 Carrier Aggregation capable for Downlink operations. 2xCA B41 Looks to be one of the bigger flagship tablets (~10" ?) and will be the 11th 2xB41 CA capable device to come to Sprint.
  11. Try to make this as short and simple as possible. I have three devices; 2 of which are on the same plan and the third on a separate plan. The third device is my tab 4 which is picking up SprintB41 site 310120 just great. I get 3 bars downstairs. My other two devices; Galaxy Note 4 & Galaxy Note Edge for some reason will not pick up this tower. I have tried PRL updates, Profile updates, restarted the phones and all I can get them to connect to is a ClearwireB41 site. More background info...all devices have same Sim card as when purchased, tablet stays off 3/4 of the day and my p
  12. According to Business Insider, Samsung will start selling a S4 LTE-Advanced starting this month. "J.K. Shin, also co-chief executive of the world's biggest technology firm by revenue, said the phone would be sold in South Korea as early as this month." http://www.businessinsider.com/samsung-launching-faster-galaxy-s4-phone-2013-6#ixzz2WTa1dzSe
  13. There is a new Galaxy S4 from Google just announced at I/O today! Coming June 26th for 649.99! But only on AT&T and T-Mobile. No CDMA, just GSM/WCDMA and LTE.
  14. I have a unique problem. Sprint is going to replace my phone because the screen went out. Touch screen still works, just the back-light or whatever won't illuminate the screen, but I have a custom ROM on the phone with a custom recovery. I need to reset my phone because of my personal information mainly, but I'm also concerned that they are going to charge me a ton of money if they find out my phone was running a custom ROM. 1. I'm going to reset my ROM and firmware via KIES, seems to be the easiest way since the screen won't turn on. 2. does KIES reset the binary counter or will i

  18. I have a question for you all, recently the flagship phones that have been coming out have all been pretty much on par with each other, with the key differentiators really being design, brand, and usability, among other things. I remember about a year ago or so, I used to look at Benchmark scores, and it really did influence what type of phone I was more prone to get. But with the recent phones, notably the ONE and S4 with Sprint, there really isn't a big difference in scores and performance (The S4 gets higher scores), but that doesn't really seem to translate into better performance i
  19. Got hit with data roaming charges while in Canada. Before I went to Canada recently, on our two GNex phones, I selected the option to disable data roaming. (Unchecked allow data roaming). When in Canada, SMS text messaging is included in my plans and I pay a per minute fee to talk, I use wifi for data. I understand that MMS won't work when data roaming is disabled. While in Canada, the data symbol never showed up unless I was on wifi, the voice signal bars were never blue, they kept grey, which indicated I didn't have a data connection to the Google servers. So, why did I get h

  21. Hey yall! Figured id do another rom review for the galaxy nexus since i have some spare time on my hands. The rom of the week this time is... (drumroll please).. Team Sourcery`s ROM! FEATURES: Well, i will make it as simple as possible. This rom is built over android`s 4.2.2 base, and definetely makes jelly bean that much more tasty! Of course, all of the features that come stock with 4.2.2 are included on this rom, but there are some more toppings added to flavor things up a bit. Lets take a look at what we got here: *Option to Zipalign APK`S (Allows apps to respond quicker, an
  22. Samsung Galaxy S4 is rumored to show on March 14th of 2013. I am just wondering how Apple is going to keep up with the competition.... http://news.cnet.com/8301-17938_105-57569903-1/samsung-galaxy-s4-the-next-flagship-could-set-sail-march-14/
  23. Well, as i have gotten a galaxy nexus at long last, ive noticed that other sprint phones have been constantly getting better signal than my phone has. For example, when i went to the sprint store, my phone varies from 1-2 bars in the store. When i would go over to any other sprint phones, they would have at least 3-5 bars. And this was more than just one different sprint phone that did it, it was every phone in the store that had a better signal than mine, except for the galaxy nexus at the store. It had the same signal strength as mine did.. Radio issue possibly??

  25. This morning Sprint added the Samsung Galaxy Victory to Virgin Mobile's lineup, for $299.99. The significance? It's the first time Sprint has allowed an LTE phone onto one of its wholly-owned prepaid networks. I'm not completely sure about this, but I think that this is the first time you can get an LTE phone on any prepaid provider...outside Ting...that isn't an iPad, and that will get LTE service. Anyway, plan pricing has not changed with the new phone; plans are still $35/$45/$55 depending on how many voice minutes you need. $15 per month extra buys you sanctioned tethering. Thi
