I haven't seen anything pop up yet today. Just checked again the last things posted were on Friday. But it was just about the jobs and stuff from what I saw.

– FCC form 603, Exhibit 1 out-takes:

No NTELOS customer will lose service as a result of the transaction. For a period of up to twenty-four months following closing, existing NTELOS customers may keep their existing handsets and will be transitioned to Sprint rate plans that will be, for the vast majority of subscribers, identical or substantially similar to their existing NTELOS service plans. During that time and following expiration of their service contracts, however, NTELOS customers also will have access to a broader array of handsets and service plans, including the many options that are available to Shentel customers through its affiliation with Sprint

Shentel is planning to update the software in those NTELOS customers’ existing handsets, which can be updated remotely, to allow such customers to take advantage of the Sprint Nationwide 4G LTE network, which they cannot access today.

Moreover, customers that travel outside of the NTELOS service area will enjoy a considerably enhanced roaming experience. Sprint has roaming agreements with numerous partners and can provide roaming coverage more efficiently and economically than can NTELOS.

Shentel, through its partnership with Sprint, will continue to serve some of the neediest consumers in rural areas through its participation in the Commission’s High Cost program, Mobility Fund, Lifeline, and related support programs. As such, Shentel will continue to comply with all current universal service support program and ETC requirements applicable to NTELOS’s existing operations.

If you're a Sprint user then you may be the first to report it! [emoji3]
