  2. I’m not sure either. I do know that the Sprint name and logo and everything is on the way out... like soon... if we remain an affiliate we were told To expect TMo branding soon - like ASAP soon. All the back office billing and stuff is handled by Sprint. Shentel has its own customer service call centers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Under option one TMo has to pay 90% of the entire company value even though they are only getting the wireless portion of the company. As you said - this is to make a buyout unattractive. Under option two as you said - Shentel has opportunity to buy and legacy customers and equipment in their operating area at a reduced rate (I forget right now - want to say 70 or 80%). TMo also has to provide funding if needed. You are correct for option 3. If nothing happens then the TMo network will be turned down in Shentel’s operating area. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Unfortunately I think we are headed towards option one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. No agreement was reached with TMo. TMo is now n it’s stage to be able to acquire Shentel. I’m not saying this is happening, but we’ve reached that point where it’s possible. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I’m on holiday in SC this week. My daughters iPhone 8 got a carrier update today. Where we are Sprint signal is very low. Her phone is showing AT&T service now [emoji2957] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Correct. S20s will be able to access TMobile as well as Sprint
  8. No news is good news... perhaps. No details were given at our staff meeting today. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. This shouldn’t be happening. As a shentel customer you shouldn’t connecting to the TMo network...yet. TMo has been aggressive in getting things switched over and has accidentally sent out network carrier updates to shentel customers. Sprint corporate customers should only be getting these right now. It will prioritize TMo network and might cause you to have poor service in areas that you once had good service in. We just talked about this in a staff meeting today. If it continues to happen contact Sprint/Shentel and let them know. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Do you normally have Sprint service at this location? Is it in Shentel market? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I suspect we might find out next Thursday. [emoji1696] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Welcome to TMo [emoji1] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I got mine like Monday? Pretty sure it’s a Sprint thing not Shentel. Maybe only sending it to certain model of phones too. *shrug* Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Unknown really. I’m pretty sure it was just a mass text to all subscribers. We have an ‘all hands’ meeting next Thursday. Many of us think that they’ll be announcing what’s going to happen as this is close to the end of the negotiation period. We’ll have to wait and see. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Got it several days ago. [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
