  1. I'd like to know too. I might pick one up the next time I go to LA to test it out and see. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  2. Noob smacktard? Lol! That's a new one! Haha Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  3. Network Vision 2.0 is primarily 800 LTE deployment, which is supposed to be starting very soon if it hasn't already. And now that Sprint owns Clearwire, they may incorporate 2500 LTE deployment into NV 2.0 too. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  4. Robert, did you fix the multi-quote bug between ipboard and tapatalk's extension? It's working normal again for quoting. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  5. I've never agreed with outsourcing. It just seems like there have always been too many flaws in the idea.
  6. Looks like at&t will have to divest some of that PCS Spectrum they would acquire from this deal.
  7. Going back on topic, there have only been 2 approved permits for RRU's in the last month. I'm sure they have applied for many, many more.
  8. Brothels don't keep Vegas afloat. It's those stupid casino's I hate so much, so closing them would bankrupt Nevada, that's the other reason I keep quiet.
  9. You sound like the casino's: Gotta keep gambling and drinking going strong. If my small voice could have any impact, I would raise a massive standard against gambling and try with all my might to shut those money 'toilets' down. I have seen what they have done to people. It's horrible. Even my stepdad felt guilty working at a casino knowing that his job was being paid for by those people wasting their life savings in those machines.
  10. Does anyone live or able to get into the Rhodes Ranch Subdivision off Durango just north of Windmill Ln? The Sprint site in there by Bisbane Pl received it's permit on July 2nd. Work will start within 2 months.
  11. Pahrump deserves more Sprint Cell sites than Vegas does, and even though it's classified as part of the Vegas market, I don't count it as such. So, your home market is more special than Vegas. lol
  12. Yes, you deserve more cell towers in your area, but Vegas does too for some bizarre reason, lol.
  13. Most likely the darn heat, and then the fire isn't helping the air quality making breathing more difficult for some, so it could be a few workers have been taken down. Plus I am like 5 weeks behind on the Vegas permit map, and should be posting an update tonight. Hopefully soon things will start picking back up. So far I haven't found any new style permits to include TD-LTE, and there are plenty of older permits that Sprint already has that are pending for current Network Vision work, so they should finish them out and just apply for new permits to go back over what they have already done.
  14. Details on permit state that Verizon applied for it on May 15, 2013, and it was approved on June 19, 2013, one month after application. In addition, after posting this, I found a 2nd one for the same thing. I'll be interested to see how many have been applied for already. I might even make a map for reference.
  15. Verizon has now starting pulling permits to replace panels and deploy 1 RRU per each replaced panel on their sites in Las Vegas. It appears to me that Vegas is a beginning market for their AWS LTE deployment. Has anyone heard any details about Verizon's test markets for AWS LTE?
  16. Another Airave for Sprint was approved by the FCC yesterday. Hopefully soon a new model is released soon. This is the 3rd or 4th since the Airave 2.5 was released. I sure hope this is a sign that they are trying hard to work all the bugs out and they are going to release a good one finally.
  17. Dude, you just aged yourself, lol. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  18. Can't you call them Antenna arrays? Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  19. When I dropped mine in the bathtub they charged me 199 to replace it with AppleCare. But then again, I couldn't prove it was accidental as I called in, lol. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  20. Following up on the Tri-Band Broadband Data devices, The Novatel MiFi 5580 '500' LTE received FCC approval yesterday. All that's left is a release day from Sprint! Update: Sprint officially announced July 19 as the release date for all 3 Tri-Band LTE devices!
  21. I personally am not as it would raise my bill $10/mo with my discount on my data plan, but I know someone who is as it drops his business phone bill by $20/mo. So, yes, for some this equals good savings, but for me, I rarely reach 300 of my 450 minutes, so I'm staying on Everything Data 450 until they decide to move me over. Speaking of which, online for new customers, they are not offering Everything Plans anymore, just the new Unlimited Plans.
  22. I knew of a lady who worked at Verizon and had Sprint plus a Verizon phone, lol. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
