  1. On August 2nd, 2013, LG received FCC approval for a device known as the LG D820. It received approval for LTE on Band 25 (Sprint LTE on 1900G), Band 26 (Sprint LTE on 800SMR), Band 41 (Sprint LTE on BRS/EBS. In addition, it also received approval for LTE on 706.5 - 713.5 & 709 - 711, and maybe 1710.7 - 1754.3 (& subsets 1712.4 - 1752.6 & 1720 - 1745). However, before anyone really had a chance to view anything, LG put in a paper to dismiss the approval of the device, citing confidentiality reasons, and stated that they would re-apply closer to the date of launch. This is really strange of them to do such a thing, but I guess this device is now the new mystery device of this year. Details are speculation at this point, but hopefully we will know more details soon.
  2. Can't be. The SPH-L500 was in testing before the Galaxy S 4 was submitted to the FCC. It's one of those phones they determined that just wasn't worth the time to release. It's already being replaced by the SPH-L520, which is rumored to be the Galaxy S4 mini, so the L500 could very well have been the Galaxy S3 mini.
  3. EarthLink is another. I think NetZero too. They can't rush the end of WiMax. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  4. Matthew, If you can get the address information, Oedipus or I can add the permit information to the Lower Central Valley Permit map in the Sponsor's section. Just email it to us.
  5. It appears that work in Vegas has slowed to a crawl since the summer started. I can't blame the workers since it's so hot out there.
  6. I'm sure the GN 3 will be tri-band. They have to if they want to sell enough of them. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  7. Actually, the ZTE N9510 passed the FCC this month, and the Samsung SPH-L520 still has yet to, and for sure the ZTE is single-band LTE, and I'm assuming the SPH-L520 will be too (It's rumored to be the GS4 mini on Sprint (Unconfirmed)).
  8. We will know for sure when/if its released, but from the rumors, the Zara is a mash up of the Desire and One lines. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  9. Thanks, I appreciate that. I was hoping that mine had gone thru so I could use it in LA to test out the TD-LTE network there when I go to church again in the next 2 weeks. But I have to wait. Lol. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  10. Lucky to all 3 of you! Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  11. Nope, nothing yet. I'm watching the FCC page daily though. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  12. I'd do that if I could handle another contract on my account, but I can't right now. I put my Galaxy Nexus line onto my Sprint Phone Connect just so I pay the same amount as what I was paying when the Nexus was on Seasonal Standby, without extending my contract.
  13. Oh well. I guess the lawsuit idea went out the door.
  14. We could file a class action suit over that line of bull. They sold hundreds, if not thousands at that price, so they need to honor it for us.
  15. Apparently, I missed a Panasonic Tablet PC that has a multi-function broadband card built in that supports Sprint's BC10 CDMA & B25 LTE, in addition to 5 other LTE bands.
  16. At this point, I don't care. It's on Wirefly's face to sit here and string me along for a day, and then lie and say I cancelled the order. If they screw up, they need to honor their mistake and give the people what they want, their free MiFi's. Other companies have been forced to honor pricing mistakes before, so they need to now. But who am I? Just some number that doesn't count in a world of greed.
  17. And TMIWireless.com fixed their error too. Oh well, no free MiFi for me.
  18. The SPH-L520 has a partial list of specs listed online at GFXbench.com. http://gfxbench.com/device.jsp?benchmark=gfx27&D=Samsung+SPH-L520&testgroup=system Has a Qualcomm MSM8960 with a max CPU frequency of 1728MHz, Android 4.2.2, and a screen resolution of 960 x 540. Listing shows 1920 x 1080 screen resolution and an Adreno 305.
  19. Wirefly cancelled my order saying that I asked for it to be cancelled. Total BS. I'm going to do chat with them and tell them they are lying, and that I didn't request it. So we'll see how it goes. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  20. I hope that's a good sign. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  21. I just got the same email. Hopefully it's a guarantee that our orders will ship when they get more stock in. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  22. Only time I had that problem was last weekend when I was roaming on Verizon in the mountains, but signal was so weak that I'm sure it was the main reason. I'm on 6.1.2 jailbroken. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  23. My 2nd one had issues after ICS too. Maybe out of the box ICS won't have issues now like mine did. Both of mine came with Gingerbread, and the damage was done on the 2nd one before ICS.
  24. You might not like the Viper for even testing LTE. I had 2 of them and they both damaged themselves by overheating and the batteries just drain like mad. That might be why they are so cheap on craigslist.
