Best phone I've ever used RFwise, it's quick too. My only complaint is lack of CM for this specific device. Only for the generic Sprint S4.

Anybody have issues where the phone just doesn't show any data connection but SCP shows a LTE connection? Takes a reboot to get the data back.

Why would you need to reboot? wouldn't toggling airplane mode do the trick?

You would think but it did nothing for it. Only a reboot fixes it. This is not the first time. If it happens again I will be taking it to Sprint for a replacement.

Hmm, how odd.

Sounds more like a software crash. Don't be surprised if the problem follows you to a new phone. If it was hardware, a reset wouldn't fix it.

Man, I'm missing the PRLWrite function from my Note 2, any easy way to update the PRL on the S4T?  I'd like to get on one of Digi's PRLs because I believe that SMR is finally coming our way.

Yeah I got that on but I haven't had a chance yet to try it it out.

 

Really the only problem I've had with it is dealing with all that crap that Samsung puts on that i don't want.

I would be very happy if a digiblur type rom was developed for this phone

I know you love ROMs but the crap doesn't bother me enough to go through the flashing process.

Go into the app manager and start shutting off everything that you can that you don't like.

It's not perfect but it's a start and it lets you stop a lot of it.

You can get notifications on the mobile site, they just aren't "pushed" to the phone.

Yeah, that's what I meant. I like the push notifications. It's just my preference. I'm sure some people would be annoyed by them.

Installed but I don't think it does much more than spy.

 

I also have trend micro mobile security which seems to be a lot more useful and effective.
