That's great news! I wanted to ask, if anyone knows and can help me: I live in Ponce, Villa Paraiso to be precise, it's located in "la carretera 132" very close to Jardines del Caribe (the biggest sector in Ponce) and it's one of the blind spots i mentioned earlier with speed about 25-40 kps. Can anyone tell me which tower is the one i'm connected to from this area? Also, i would like to know about the one in the Plaza del Caribe area, as my college is right in front of it (PUCPR) 'cause it's another blind spot and a place where i really need acces to the internet.

Thanks in advance.

WOW! What's even more confusing is this goes against everything I've read and even tested. Not sure how LTE is working on the stock PRLs.
You arent wrong. We need a new prl. The lte is working right now but we are waiting for the new prl. The info come from inside.

Scary? How so? We are honest and share what we know and our observations.

Ahhh...gotcha. I did send a few people the corrected PRL for PR. They shouldn't have to wait. Unless the inside info means the sites are blocked but their device is specially authorized.

I didn't know all the facts about this apparent "inside" info. I've been wrong before on things before and admitted it (MCC/MNC PRL records for LTE enabling to name one).

The person who took a speedtest has a normal galaxy nexus with normal prl. Maybe in other areas the sites are blocked but not in carr 30 caguas.

The Galaxy Nexus had no problems connecting to LTE with a foreign PRL. Only my GS3 had problems.
