So at the end of the day, what for? It was determined to cause interference in terrestrial uses and there was talk but no action that ever came out of a spectrum sharing agreement with the govt for other frequencies. Would they use this for satellite communications?
I can't completely disagree with what you're saying but it's just a matter of priorities. Is mobile data more important than OTA broadcasts? I'd say most Americans would agree with that statement.
Your post still offered no value. It is simply your continued complaints. I don't think anyone here really cares that when you're 18 you will leave Sprint. I, for one, will not be sad when that day comes.

If you dislike the fact that if your home internet connection goes down, the airave is worthless, I wouldn't say you consider it a good concept... that IS the concept. I understand the lack of handoff to the macro network sucks but that is very difficult from a technical perspective.
My wife and I were just discussing this commercial... Two groups of people are fighting over how much they like their devices so instead use ours which no one is fighting over?

I wouldn't say that. CDMA 1X is used across Cellular, SMR, PCS. LTE is being used across 700mhz, eventually Cellular I'd surmise, SMR, PCS, AWS. When the bands got auctioned off they got a moniker for a frequency range.
