I plan on buying the EVO LTE outright here in the next month or two, myself. There is no discounts on your plan. Pros are you keep your upgrade eligibility for the future and you are not in contract. So, That being said, if i had an upgrade, I'd probably use it.

That would be a sweet phone, and would compliment Sprints Android lineup well... About the only thing they're missing now is a high-end device with a physical KB.

Interesting.. I noticed while reading Sprints official SGSIII press release that there is No mention of the "Epic" name. http://newsroom.sprint.com/article_display.cfm?article_id=2301 Perhaps they're leaving it as Galaxy S3... guess we'll find out when they open the pre-order page tomorrow.

Speaking of the Viper.. I got a chance to see it first hand the other day while I was checking out the EVO LTE... I must say, the screen on the Viper looks very nice. The overall build quality of the phone looks great, too!

Same here. My BB experiences have been horrific, too, Josh. My last phone purchase at BB was last summer... and it will be my last... I'll never buy another phone from best buy. FWIW, I prefer the Sprint Corporate stores.

The dropped calls are likely due to the Network Vision upgrades in Chicago. Apparently, there are a few markets that will experience dropped calls as the towers are upgraded, one being Chicago. The following article may be of interest to you: http://s4gru.com/ind...the-windy-city/
