  1. First EVO LTE commercial? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ctMKP0B7DGA Extended version: https://www.youtube....&feature=relmfu
  2. I started with $20, too. And have been making additional donations along the way (usually monthly).

  4. Sprint's 800mhz will fix a lot of your problems. The only question is when it will be available in your area. What matters most is the fact that it is On The Way!
  5. Looks like a G-Nex, based on the profile.
  6. Thanks, Robert! Excuse my ignorance, but is it safe to say that, in a way, DO-Advanced will help balance the load among adjacent towers. Essentially, helping off-load a tower that is overburdened... to a "better" nearby tower? Edit: I understand DO-Advanced wont increase overall speeds, but, if my understanding is correct, it will help maintain 3G speeds.
  7. However, additionally, Sprints current EVDO rev. A is being upgraded to EVDO-Advanced (rev A), Correct??
  8. As with all facets of life, some people were born to bitch and moan.
  9. Best Buy availability info: http://phandroid.com/2012/05/31/best-buy-stores-will-also-be-selling-evo-4g-ltes-on-june-2nd-pre-orders-can-pick-it-up-today/
  10. I just wish Sprint would stop playing games and put an Iridium chipset (in addition to WiMax, LTE and HSPA+) in these Android phones so I can talk, text, and surf while I'm 3000 miles out at sea. And, if they dont give me unlimited data for 3.29/month (or less) to go along with it while I'm out at sea, I'm gonna jump shit to VZW!
  11. Are you sure its a phone? Could it be a tablet, data card, mobile hotspot. or something like that?
  12. Really? I've read quite a few reviews on this thing, none have mentioned anything about it being "buggy," Nor have I seen anything like that in the user reviews at forums I read. Care to share anything with some actual substance?

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

Android Central just posted their EVO LTE review. http://www.androidcentral.com/sprint-htc-evo-4g-lte-review
  14. Looks like Sprint already got rid of all the Nextel/iDEN phones from their website. At least I don't see any for sale.
  15. So you guys have no problems with text messaging on Airave's? I have heard a lot of people really like the Airave, but I have also heard that some have trouble with text messages. Whats ya'lls experience been? Thx.
  16. Lmao! Well, That certainly sounds like Walmart!

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

No Kidding... I missed that. Also, Go Spurs!.. Would love to see a Boston - San Antonio Championship
  18. even if we were willing to take second-tier chipsets in order to support WiMax-LTE, how much would it cost? How many carriers use these "combo" chips? Since their would likely be very few (if any, other then Sprint) using such a chip, it would likely be pretty expensive.

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

Yea, pretty sure it was you I originally heard that from, actually.

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

That was my understanding, too, third party apps are no help. Pretty sure I've read that this is an ICS "feature," not a Sense 4 limitation.

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

    1) I've been reading alot of forums lately about the EVO LTE... I've seen many reports of people getting better 3G speeds on the new EVO then their previous phone. 2) another thing I saw that was interesting was in regards to the cdma only vs cdma/lte setting: http://androidforums.com/4432330-post124.html http://androidforums.com/4432554-post131.html Anyone noticing either of these two things??
  22. I liked this article on the Spectrum approval. http://www.extremetech.com/electronics/129995-fcc-approves-3g-and-4g
