So, I like your thinking that maybe Moto is holding back until Sprints 4G LTE is launched. So.. I'll keep my hopes up for now.. Sprint and Moto did say last summer when they announced the Photon that there would be more to come from Moto on Sprints network. I would like to see some more Moto Devices.. I hear the radios in them are great.. picking up signals where other phones fail. If not, I'll be looking for the next flagship HTC device (EVO). The (original) EVO 4G was (is) one of the best devices I've ever used or seen. (I'm sporting a Galaxy S II, EVO 4G, and Nexus S 4G now.)

Besides, if Sprint wanted WP, I doubt MS would hesitate, they want/need all the exposure they can get to compete with Android and iOS. I would imagine that if WP takes off, Sprint could have a new WP phone within a couple months.

In my house my signal strenth is usually 3 bars (-86ish dB), but this afternoon, I was messing with my phone, and all day it was full service and -65 dB. However, I had absolutely no data connection. This lasted about 2 or 3 hours. Now, I have data and signal is back to -86 dB. If they were doing tests with Network Vision's 1x-A @ 800mhz, that would certainly explain my jump in signal all afternoon. Are they doing Network Vision upgrades here (PHX)? I recall in AndroidForums, a member reported something simmilar in Dallas.. he called Sprint, they sent him an AirAve for free... and said they were doing network upgrades in his area. About 3 days later.. They announced Network Vision deployment is underway in Dallas. So, All made sense. So, Here, In Phoenix, am I experiencing the same thing... or is this wishful thinking? Thanks for you thoughts and opinions.

Its been pretty exciting lately, first the Note, then the LTE deployment news and Nexus info today! Sounding like a good way to start the year. I'm Ben, live in Phoenix, Been a Sprint fan/customer for 10 years this August. I've been lurking a while, and finally opened up an account cuz I liked the site so much, and I've been referencing it over at androidforums in the Sprint treads, and have heard good feedback. Way to go s4gru! Quick question about the Network Vision upgrade related to 3G: In todays post s4gru mentioned that, "Sprint will be deploying Voice on 800MHz initially in one carrier with Network Vision deployments now under way. Sprint devices with CDMA capability on 800MHz will be able to use them right away." Now, will my Epic 4G Touch be able to take advantage of this when it is rolled out in my area?? Thanks again!! -Ben
