  1. Photon 2 rumor: http://phandroid.com...-lte-this-year/ "Photon Q" They're saying the "Q" may indicate it has a slide out qwerty keyboard for all you physical keyboard enthusiast. Who knows?

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

ok, now the PED test and juicing can correlated.. But I still don't get it. lol
  3. @Rickie: I'm anxious to hear your thoughts on the "Bright & Clear 700 NIT Display." Unfortunately its not HD, but I've always had a thing for bright screens. Thanks!
  4. That could be the issue... would that make it increase by 100% though? I'll definitely make sure the servers are the same next time. Thx.
  5. I hear where you're coming from, Josh. But, Not really the point I was getting at. I understand the frustration, however if Sprint exchanged the "band-aid" fixes in my area for true Network Vision upgrades, I would gladly accept... even if it meant waiting a bit longer.

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

I have yet to see an SLCD-2 screen. What are the advantages and disadvantages? All I hear is how great they look.
  7. I'm curious to how many iphone users wish their iphone had a bigger screen. Although they may not admit it, I bet there are quite a few that do. Also, didn't steve jobs say something along the lines of, "The world does not want a bigger screen on their phone." I know he said something like that when the big-screen cell phone craze began. I wonder if he/apple really believed that, or if it was just more of their stubbornness/arrogance.
  8. Not sure the details on this, but thought it might help someone. Looks like the discounts require new accounts, but WireFly might be worth checking out nonetheless. http://www.cultofand...lte-deal-alert/
  9. Kind of off topic, but has to do with data speeds, and since I'm in PHX, here goes... I notice that when ever I run a speed test on my phone that the it is considerably slower then the speeds I get when I tether my phone to my laptop and run a speedtest. For example, when I run speed tests with my phone tethered to my PC (via speedtest.net) I get about 1000kbps DL, when I run the tests on my phone (via the speedtest.net App) I get about half that... 500kbps DL. Any ideas? Thanks!
  10. This is what Sprint needs, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5OIWfmjnJPs
  11. You're right.. The 3D did have some life yet... I think this makes it pretty clear that Sprint is trying to eliminate their WiMax phones.
  12. Yup, I'm sad to see em go.. but it means better things are right around the corner.
  13. i hear ya, but it's probably something thats been in the plans for a while and just finally got released. If you'll notice, on Sprints website, they're frequently axing the old 4G WiMax devices. As Duffman pointed out, they just EOL'd 3 devices.. Nexus S, EVO 3D and 4G. EVO Shift is gone too.
  14. Good catch, Josh! Also, the original EVO was removed about a week or so ago.
  15. And part of the reason I cant run 35 miles a week.
  16. I remember and Thats exactly what I was thinking as I posted it!
  17. Not sure I've seen this officially published by Sprint. Sprint says here that their 4G LTE will average 6 to 8 Mbps on the down-link with peak speeds of 25Mbps http://shop2.sprint.....html#tab_where Also, note that Unlimited is continued to be emphasized. In comparison: VZW states: 5-12 Mbps for the download. http://aboutus.veriz...Advantages.html ATT states: 5-12 on their 4G LTE http://www.att.com/g...fairs?pid=20879
  18. and pr0n galore... should really close some windows and history before posting videos like that.
