  1. Likely a partial launch a little sooner than that. But I think thats a good window for the Oklahoma market. Robert via CM9 Kindle Fire using Forum Runner
  2. Where you are getting slower speeds, it is because you have a weak LTE signal. LTE performance is very signal strength dependent. Robert via CM9 Kindle Fire using Forum Runner
  3. I used to have a problem with my E4GT where it would appear to suddenly discharge the battery. It was always below 40% when it happened. However, the device would freeze up, and I would pull the battery and reboot. When the device would come back up, it would have virtually no battery left. It would come back online with between 3%-15% battery life remaining. So it appeared like it went from 30%-40%, instantly down to 3%-15%. It was weird. It would happen to me every 2-3 weeks. I assumed that either I had a faulty battery or the battery remaining function was malfunctioning. However, I went to the GNex, Viper, EVO LTE and GS3 in such rapid stages that I can hardly remember the days I had the E4GT. Robert via CM9 Kindle Fire using Forum Runner

  6. The crickets are chirping in Florida. Lots of activity spotted and confirmed at sites. However, Sprint hasn't accepted any sites as complete in Florida outside of work associated with the DNC and a couple of COW's. Robert via CM9 Kindle Fire using Forum Runner
  7. No. Sprint did not accept any sites complete from the OEM in this market last week. Robert via CM9 Kindle Fire using Forum Runner
  8. We have a few LTE sites complete in the NYC market shown on our NV Sites Complete map. However, complete LTE sites will likely be blocked until closer to launch. Robert via CM9 Kindle Fire using Forum Runner
  9. After the first OTA, this issue went away for me. All is good now. Robert
  10. The two sites live in Louisville are 4G WiMax sites, not 4G LTE sites. They are shown in the Map I posted in the comments above. Sprint will begin LTE deployment in the West Kentucky market this Winter. This will include Louisville. Robert

  12. It doesnt give a location. It just says Sylacauga, AL (Site ID #BI81XC002). And it appears to have Network Vision upgrades. At least 3G upgrades. If you watch the network.sprint.com website, it will likely appear on there in the next few weeks: https://network.sprint.com/search/sylacauga%2C+al/ Let us know if you find it, and how it performs. If it does actually include Network Vision panels/upgrades, it will be the first new site in a Non Network Vision deployment market that was deployed with NV from the beginning. Robert
  13. A new site was added in Sylacauga this week. I received notification of it in this week's Network Vision updates. Robert
  14. The approximate 100 sites are in places that cannot be upgraded. They are sites where the site owner will not allow it, the site Owner couldn't come to reasonable terms on the site lease negotation changes, or the site doesn't have a structure that can physically support the upgrades, or the site is planned to be decommissioned and replaced with a new site in the near vicinity, or the site cannot get backhaul fast enough to support LTE (most common in very remote Western U.S. locations). This is a pretty rare thing, on average there is only one site per market that will not get Network Vision/LTE upgrades. One site. So, if Alabama is like most markets, on average, there is likely only one site in the market that will not get upgraded. With those kind of odds, I wouldn't get worked up about it. Especially since a good chunk of those that will not get upgrades are likely to be replaced with a new site nearby. Robert

  16. The site network.sprint.com does not show Network Vision upgrades. They only show 3G/voice maintenance upgrades handled by Ericsson under their nationwide network maintenance contract. These are temporary upgrades to help provide some incremental improvements prior to Network Vision starting. Network Vision should arrive in the Tucson/Yuma market some time this Winter. But it will take 6-8 months to complete 100%. Robert
