  1. Remember that sensorly typically cache's the maps on the phone.
  2. didn't think about the non stackable plans however, you could have the 1500 and 3000 as i think a member here had. I will full scale it later.
  3. It is really a blessing in disguise. (sort of green rant) The water tables in those areas are getting quite low. In the areas that tap into those water sources and for the folks well towards the ends of those rivers, this means more water for them. This concerns me more on the agricultural side of things since that is my forte. (/sort of green rant) Outside of that i hope those that are still stuck are safe.
  4. While i am currently at a place where i am limited on what i can and cannot upload, i would be happy to take the info i have and share it at a later time. I will say that without a discount, you save on a single or break even on a double with the 1500. on the 3000, it fluctuates depending on lines.
  5. After doing a full spreadsheet on this, no one saves money except for single lines. the only time you save money witht he new plan is if you are on a 3000+ plan or if you are running multiples of the unlimited everything plan.
  6. Might i recommend a former VP? Possibly a goliath search engine?
  7. On everything data plans that is correct, to an extent. it also applied to anything that was more then $20. But since most of the plan add-ons were $19.99 or less, that is why it was never attached to anything else. This was another reason why they seperately charged for the second line after so long, so they did not have to give a larger discount on the account and they could then enforce the discount and the discount cut off.
  8. Nah, more like city council or the mayor. They are also on boards for the city where they meet maybe once or twice a month and get paid ok depending on the city. County commissioners time varies by state, but it is definitely recommended to understand what you are in charge of. I know here in Ca. the commissioner of the county is an ag commissioner and they are in charge of quite a bit. Good pay and the time is however long you want.
  9. Sounds like a local government job to me.
  10. Here's a good start for those that don't have the time for a degree but want to know what it all takes.
  11. You don't need a piece of paper to know what engineer's know. Just time and patience and a lot of studying.
  12. First, welcome. Second, check out this thread here for your area and surrounding areas. Third, download sensorly. Fourth, a donation to the site can answer a lot more detail. Check out my signature for shortcuts.
  13. A donation would get you access to some pretty nifty maps that will tell you what kind of progress there is going on around you and what towers are nearest to you. Just look in my signature. As for information from reps or anyone really at Sprint, it's a "we'll say whatever to appease you and get you off the phone" type deal. That info is a LOT less reliable then this information on this site.
  14. Looks like there is some more testing going on in HB by GWC. Picked up a little lte but I'll map more later.
  15. wait so i can play the NEW ps4 games on the vita? grrr to this console war!
  16. Talk about a slap in the face to Vita owners. I've been waiting to do this with my Vita so i wouldn't have to buy a PS3/4.
  17. Best of luck to you in the FTTH. It is too bad you cannot get the support of a former vice-politician to push this quicker and streamline your applications for the construction that will be needed.
  18. Are you looking to make this a strictly data solution or is there a possibilty of other services?
  19. I would think the FCC is the least of your worries. I would be more concernned with the likes of the cable and other providers. Too bad you cannot combine with google to advance the backhaul and the tech sooner. I would love to have a connection that doesnot cost an arm and a leg to use in OC.
  20. Call and open a ticket. Complaining here will only give you a path for venting. Excalate your complaint if you aer unsatisfied with one persons response.
  21. Now with powerline adapters, the one thing i've noticed is that they need to be within the same electrical circuit. Going outside of say a room that is fused together at a junction with a room that has the powerline adapter will work best. Also, just remember that powerline adapters are just extensions. you are just extending on port of the router to another device that is a distance away from the source. This goes back to the adapters being in the same circuit. As for DSL, i'm not sure how that works, but as long as you are using the power adapter after the router to the device, nothing should change. I could be wrong, and if I am someone will correct it.
  22. Luckily with the like system, it could easily help in putting that specific post up to the top of that thread. Since the posts that typically describe or define a particular topic in a thread get those significant thumbs up, moderation of the index would be easier. Hope that makes sense.
