Traffic jams at 1 am? Yuck! Who wants to be out at such a horrible hour driving around?

Well, in that part of town, it's people jonesing for a heroin/meth fix and/or scoping out prostitutes.

And I thought Vegas was bad for that stuff. smh

They are going to shut off my WiMax at the end of next year. What am I going to do?

You probably need to get a new phone. Considering that you have an EVO 4G, that phone while introduced in June 2010, reached EOL (end of life) on Jan 29 2012. So it is safe to assume that if you even bought the phone on the very last day before EOL, you are no longer under the typical 2 year contract and most likely eligible to get another phone without any ETF penalty. So if Wimax is being shut down in your area by the end of the year (if not sooner), and you are eligible to get another phone, I suggest you do so especially one of the tri-band one.

Actually my comment was a bit of humor.  With a year and eight months left for WiMax, I am hoping LTE comes on line here in Fresno before then.  My EVO 4G was bought the day it came out, and other than the USB port not working, it runs great.  I am able to get that WiMax signal where I work and it is just fine.  I can't believe how many other areas in the Central Valley have WiMax, and when I go out for business, it seems I always get 4G unlike Fresno.

I drove by the Farmersville tower yesterday and again confirmed its GMO-ness (same config for the site in Fowler and the one in Visalia at 198/Akers). It's possible that you were seeing the site at Ben Maddox and the 198 or you were seeing some rustling on the tower north of Exeter.

I was playing Ball at Jr high down street from farmersville tower when I noticed it was on I did a data reset and it stayed on then turned off when I walked away I also picked it up on Anderson rd going to Exeter, And on Belmont street. When I checked signal check app it said Farmersville but I know it can't be.
