    the Galaxy Note 4 should have dual channel carrier aggregation at launch for sprints 2.5, band 41 network! It has been said that sprint has been putting more pressure on their OEM's to incorporate carrier aggregation modems for the 4th quarter devices and on so that most handsets will have the ability to use at least two channels 2x20, by mid year next year 2015 network launch. All the details should be available though once the device is officially carrier launched. But my guess as well as most here would say, yes it shall.

    I've had two pleasant customer service experiences in the past 24hours. Called to inquire about switching my line to a my way all in plan. Agent was helpful and explained what I needed to do and slowly explained to me the options of how my current plan would be affected, if and when I wanted the change to take place. That it wouldn't extend or put me into a new contract if I did make the switch. Very detailed! This morning I had to call about a band 41 tower issue I connect to that does't kick down to 1x voice when receiving a voice call. The agent did her best to understand where I was coming from stated an engineer would be calling me back if. Then spoke to a supervisor monitoring the call for quality of service. That is a difference in continued customer satisfacation, that they are making sure people are being heard and taken care of. Especially with new agents, setting the tone of how the experience should take place when dealing with a customer! No one agent can change the state of the network, but simply listening and taking notes and communicating back information received is a big deal!

    Lets assume Sprint doesn't make any improvements from this point till next year and stands pat. T-Mobile would lap Sprint hands down. But, with the recent decision to back away from the merger. The prospect of a new CEO who is a self made billionare and parent company softbanmk who's owner is a self made billionare. You don't fall into money by simply being complacent. Yes it has taken time. But, nothing happens overnight its a piece by piece process. Unfortunately people in charge before Softbank and the board in control made very bad business decisions and that takes time to fix. See what happens this time next year in each key market then we can say there is an issue if progress isn't made. Its a long game from this point forward. All strategy! Its fun to watch from that perspective!

    Parts of NYC, the Bronx were I reside could stand for greater site density in outer boroughs. But I'll be patient to see what the network performs like by early 2016, it's my date of the network showing its depth and consistent nature for better or worse.

    If it has the Qualcomm 9x35 modem that does 40mhz of CA paired, then it will at least do dual CA but not the 3x20 of later devices.

    I would have to make my way into the island of Manhattan then, to test this out. You would think there would be more readily available information. But, lack of information is just as telling.

    the s4t is a good device to get with similar performance radio wise as the nexus 5 so that would be a good update Tbh. I am looking at getting one for my partner the s4t as well to hold him over. All the good toys are coming out first and second quarter of next year. It would be kinda a miracle and a big deal if the note 4 had a catergory 6 radio chipset. I wouldn't bet on that being the case.

    You are using the wrong device to connect to Sprint 4g lte. The Samsung s2 is a Sprint wimax device which a different air interface than what Sprint has deployed in the last 2 years. You would need to update to a Sprint lte device. Preferably one that is tri band capable to receive the benefits of new and expanded Sprint lte service coverage.

    was speaking in relation to lte capable being gsm and hspa airlinks that also connect to lte.

    don't all phones report lte signal over hspa or gsm signal at this point. wouldn't the experience be the same?

    This bug happened too me it was due to taking off roaming on the device when I first got it. Enabled roaming again. Problem stopped.

    I work in Midtown and there is band 41 band 25, 26... good speed even at lunch hour!
