Correct, but it was a joint build. Once a solid DEODEX base is out, we'll go from there.

 

If I do release a "coziblur" KK ROM it will be a S4GRU exclusive. Not loading to XDA or AndroidCentral or wherever.

woa...this is very odd....

 

So I did the unroot thing from here    

 

got the new tar he had in there.....had to track down odin 3.09.....

 

anyway followed it and rewrote it.....

 

 

SOOOOOO on start up it goes into updating android, and re installs all my apps    

 

and i mean all....

 

SOOOO in the process, its doing all the new gesture things like its a new phone....BUT my apps are saved and put back      

 

Soooo then it starts updating all the CRAP as well      

 

So I figure WTH...check for firmware, upgrade.....and it goes to get it...waiting now for the DL to finish.....

There could be multiple reasons for this depending on what you did.

 

1. Did you do a full wipe before returning to stock?

 

2. If you didn't do a full wipe, did the stock .tar say that it would do a full wipe? (Not many actually do a true Full Wipe)

 

3. During set up, did you tell the place store to restore your apps?

 

3a. If you did tell the play store to restore your apps, some settings will still be in place if you didn't do a full wipe of if the app folder was stored on your internal or external memory.

 

Which of the 3 do you fall into? That only you can tell us.

Didnt do a full wipe.....My sd card is/has been toast for a while...

 

to busy chasing down correct links, being that most of the ones people list no longer work, or have been added to so much you just dont which one you want/need.....

 

So                  right now...

 

think i might be done after this...to much work for me...the only problem is, I hate all the crap on phones i dont need...

 

well At least I tracked down the right tar, and reflashed, and the phone still works

So I sat down and messed with it again. And now running digit new rom... yay me. ... In fact dug down and found how to pull knox.... After rooting....

 

 

Only bad thing is my Internet went down right as I was checking something. .. Oh well finish up tomorrow. ..

 

Oh 1 other thing. .. It was downloading all l my apps. .. How do I get that back? I stopped it allbecause I am going to bed

humm trying to put swype back in, and when i go to input settings and select it....it kicks it out and keeps crashing???  

 

moved it to the phone, found it in the folder, clicked on it, asked if i wanted to install...said yes....and like i said its there, but crashes....even after a reboot

Been on vacation in the Dominican Republic. Got back last night. Gotta clean up some Columbus Market stuff then I'll be checking out some other things.

 

No promise on a KK digiblur/coziblur though. But I'll definitely look into it.

Hope you had a great trip. We did our first anniversary in DR.

 

I'm actually moving on to the S4T tomorrow (have your seen the RF on that device?) and wifey is getting the N2. She killed her Photon Q and I was upgrade eligible.
