I meant in the south end of the market, particularly Cape Coral. There are nine towers in the city limits, and only two has had a panel change out, and one transmitting 4G.

I live 1 1/2 miles from one tower and 2 miles from another one and not one of them has been changed out yet. so sad. :(

I also know for a fact that workers have already placed Sprint equipment on the tower down off of Lafayette St becauee I deliveredbpizza to them and asked. They informed me it was Sprint LTE panels rhey were installing. This was about 2 months ago maybe

Bradenton is so slow :( they are doing work to the 1 on cortez road and such but South Bradenton like in the past is not going anywwhere. I go past the tower on Fl Blvd and it has been a ghost site for weeks now. If they do not work on that tower when my contract is up they might lose 11 lines of service. I have been told so much junk from them in the past it is getting old. So lets hope for some more people working. And it is not the permit as that 1 is open.

They have more LTE sites complete in Bradenton than anywhere else in the market except Ft. Myers. Three sites have been accepted there the past 10 days. That's a pretty good clip. They are actively working in the area. If that's not enough for you, we won't beg you to stay. Do what's best for your needs. But please don't post your complaints here.

Well if nothing is going on I have nothing to say. Bradenton, Venice, Englewood is my area of travel and the sound of crickets is still ringing. They had a tower go live in Bradenton but it is close to the other live tower and pretty much overlaps. Things seem to have come to a stand still around here. I have checked permits and all just hanging open. I look at the towers with the approved permits and nothing going on. Tower on fruitville has had panels for months now but nothing going on there either. So I have no idea what the holdup is around here but getting pretty frustrating anymore. I was all into it but losing interest as everything has come to a halt in these parts.

I live in Englewood and that area will most likely be the last area to get anything.

So if I see anything I will post but as of now nada.

Where are they working right this moment? I do not know. I only know where they've been based on the NV Sites Complete Map.

The wait is getting frustrating in the South Naples, Marco Island area. Had family here over the weekend. One had AT&T and there is LTE here from them. Speed test said his LTE was about 10X faster than my internet connection in my house! So it was probably 50x faster than my sprint 3g speed.

    • A heavy n41 overlay as an acquisition condition would be a win for customers, and eventually a win for T-Mobile as that might be enough to preclude VZW/AT&T adding C-Band for FWA due to spreading the market too thinly (which means T-Mobile would just have local WISPs/wireline ISPs as competition). USCC spacing (which is likely for contiguous 700 MHz LTE coverage in rural areas) isn't going to be enough for contiguous n41 anyway, and I doubt they'll densify enough to get there.
    • Boost Infinite with a rainbow SIM (you can get it SIM-only) is the cheapest way, at $25/mo, to my knowledge; the cheaper Boost Mobile plans don't run on Dish native. Check Phonescoop for n70 support on a given phone; the Moto G 5G from last year may be the cheapest unlocked phone with n70 though data speeds aren't as good as something with an X70 or better modem.
    • Continuing the USCC discussion, if T-Mobile does a full equipment swap at all of USCC's sites, which they probably will for vendor consistency, and if they include 2.5 on all of those sites, which they probably will as they definitely have economies of scale on the base stations, that'll represent a massive capacity increase in those areas over what USCC had, and maybe a coverage increase since n71 will get deployed everywhere and B71 will get deployed any time T-Mobile has at least 25x25, and maybe where they have 20x20. Assuming this deal goes through (I'm betting it does), I figure I'll see contiguous coverage in the area of southern IL where I was attempting to roam on USCC the last time I was there, though it might be late next year before that switchover happens.
    • Forgot to post this, but a few weeks ago I got to visit these small cells myself! They're spread around Grant park and the surrounding areas, but unfortunately none of the mmwave cells made it outside of the parks along the lake into the rest of downtown. I did spot some n41 small cells around downtown, but they seemed to be older deployments limited to 100mhz and performed poorly.
    • What is the cheapest way to try Dish's wireless network?  Over the past year I've seen them add their equipment to just about every cell site here, I'm assuming just go through Boost's website?  What phones are Dish native?
