This is the same exact thing that is happening to me. Changing band priorities does nothing to change this. I have messed around with it a lot and it still connects however it wants to. B26 is really bad though. It falls back to 3g less than a mile from the tower. Why is the signal so bad on B26. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

As bad as his posts sounded, I agree with where your coming from. I think all of us feel disgruntled at times with Sprint. Mobilesolutions does have a point. For what it's worth I feel the same. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

I feel the same way. I moved to the Nexus from a S3. It is a really responsive phone. Its nice not having all the bloat. I don't even miss touchwiz anymore.

Set up google voice today. All went well till i tried to make a call. It takes 15 sec to start ringing. I used the Sprint intergration. I went back and disabled it in Google Voice and the time to ring was back to normal. I went back and set up google voice for just voicemail and everything works fine. As soon as i went back and used Google Voice intergrated with sprint the ring delay came back. I am only using google voice for voicemail now as a result. I did not have this issue with my S3. Anyone else have this problem?

On another note. Anyone have problems when losing LTE and going to 3g. It connects and disconnects nonstop sometimes. Have to reboot the phone to get it to work. It will show connected in signal check for about 5 sec then drop then reconnect then drop. this is only when falling back to 3g.

Hmm.... no calls come through if my Airave is on. Turn it off and all works fine. Tries to switch from LTE to the airave when a call is coming in, but takes to long and caller goes to voice mail. Guess it time to return it. The tower was upgraded by me and signal is good anyways without it.

Same for me, got a e-mail about noon. Device had already shipped. Email was one day behind the shipping. UPS said it will be at my door tomorrow. Google said it would not ship for another week. Nice to see it ship early! Oh and thanks for the great app Mike! Been using the pro version for a while now on my SIII.

Venice area service for sprint is the worst in the whole state from my experience. I dread going there and needing to use my phone. I have looked for permits for tower work in venice. There are none. None even pending. I will be getting my Nexus 5 in about a week from google I hope. Says it will ship soon. Can you tell me more about how T-Mobile is working around here. There is a crew working in the Englewood and north port area. I watched them hang equipment on the tower by wal mart in englewood and that big tower on 41 and river road. There still working, just not that fast. Englewood has lte all over now. Venice though, is still not seeing anything from what I can tell. East Englewood now has three active LTE towers. Tower by Wal-Mart is now live.
