  1. 100 Billion Wait, let me get my Galaxy Note size checkbook. TS
  2. I have been using version 2.0.2 and it still has the issue. TS
  3. Well even though that device was not around a month ago, I did buy a wimax enabled laptop on Sprint (The Dell Inspirion 11z (really a M101z updated). my review here. It replaced my tired old HP Tablet PC which main display stopped working as well as the 3g/4g broadband usb modem. The signal from the laptop is way stronger. and I ended up getting for about $49.00. Considering that all I needed was to upgrade the memory and bam I was good to go. As for the vga output, well my Dell laptop has one too and I actually needed that to connect to the work pcs for dual display. But it also has a hdmi port for more recent tvs/monitors. Lenovo makes very good laptops, (android tablets is another story). Anyway going back to this device, if one is in a wimax area now and is looking for a cheap laptop, they can get their $150 discount applied to its purchase then they have a very good machine. It is also LTE capable since one can just buy the Gobi card and stick it in once LTE comes on board. That's what I plan on doing to my Dell. TS
  4. Wouldn't be a bad idea. TS
  5. Hola. Welcome to the forums. TS
  6. Nice commercial and all, but they chopped off the last 5 seconds of the spot, when she is riding past the sign saying "Bridge under construction" and rides off the bridge. TS
  7. Yeah hide tags would be nice. TS
  8. Hey, I remember seeing you. lol If I had known we would have taken a shot together for the forum. lol TS
  9. Regardless if its an iPhone or not, seeing any device like that pains me. TS
  10. One of the stories this morning reported on the May 3 event states that the display is set between 4.6 and 4.8". That is pretty close to the 5" Galaxy Note. Maybe the rumors are true that the bezel is way thinner. If so that would be awesome. TS
  11. Well I can't say I follow each and every post made in the forums, what I usually do is click on the View New Content and read up on the ones that were posted recently. But lately there have been quite a few postings that I can't catch up to. Either way I voted yes. TS
  12. No kidding, yikes i just say it on Amazon. Wow. While its true that it will give you (theoretically) twice the battery life as the OEM one, it just makes the phone look so damn fat and weird looking. It just defeats the purpose of having a large but yet thin phone. Now you have a large and FAT phone. lol I'll rather have extra slim batteries on hand. Speaking of battery, I have yet to properly test the longevity of the OEM battery in my Note. Being that I have it plugged in during my ride and also at work, but I just may try it. Probably won't last a day since I'm a heavy user, although some have mentioned that theirs lasts for a long time. TS
  13. My last two Sprint phones (Photon, and EVO) had gorilla glass and yet I did managed to get a tiny scratch on each one. I had protective skin on them but i never liked the feeling using my finger on them, so I took them off and must have placed my keys in the same pocket (or coins), thus the scratches. With the Galaxy Note, I have the cover that replaces the back and it keeps the display from contact on items that may scratch it. I could place protective film on it but I hate the feel and with the stylus, may not work as well. TS
  14. Welcome to Secrets 4 Geeks Running Underground, the premiere site where we show the truth of the deployment where others are afraid to. Oh wait, that was our old name. TS
  15. So do I, which is why I have a second line so that I can change phones every year. But now that that one is ported over to AT&T. Once Sprint gets the Note, I change it back. Its still up to debate whether that was a mistake by the graphic person putting that phone up or its actually Sprint dong one of its announcements without actually making an official announcement. I hope its true though, and maybe at CTIA they will make it official. But that I know of nothing will transpire until the Oct/Nov time-frame when Sprint historically does alot of phone deployments.
