  1. Sega was always considered the better players console, especially the Genesis.
  2. You are still thinking locally rather than globally. Any international expansion may be handled by Softbank and not Sprint. Additionally, Sprints bandwidth holdings have nothing to do with international expansion AND if the numbers are right includes the cost of entering said markets. It may not make sense for Sprint to enter Mexico and/or Canada but it may make sense for Softbank to do it.
  3. Ehh. Different markets different vendors. Additionally, the administrative portion may not even be assigned to Sprint. We need to stop with the US centric view and take a much more global view in light of Softbanks ownership.
  4. I disagree. There will always be a new network tech on the horizon. Network upkeep and modernization is a never ending process, something that Sprint learned in very painful terms. If the numbers work out then expansion into Mexico and Canada could be on the table. It would be awesome if it was part of a SoftBank Global data strategy.
  5. And now you are with Sprint not Clear as whatever service agreement you had transferred over. As long as Sprint abides by that agreement then it has done nothing wrong.
  6. The only perspective is if you are willing to pay. Pony up the $60 and you have a superior amount of content with the Xbox. Personally x-box is not offering anything that is must have that I cant get on the PS4 for free.
  7. I don't appreciate your nintendo-centric /sega discriminatory post sir. SEGA GENESIS FOREVER!
  8. I disagree. If you don't want to pay for a subscription then Sony offers a lot more. On the flip side if you are ok with paying for a subscription then the Xbox comes out on top, particularly if you are a big NFL fan. I don't think content will be an issue. The issue will be if there is a charge and what people are willing to pay. It remains to be seen if the PS move system will have the same functionality as the MS Kinect. In either case it seems as if both have seen big upgrades.

  10. Verizon buying out Vodafone has been rumored for awhile now. It will be interesting to see if Vodafone ok's the deal.
  11. PS4 already pre ordered. I have never had a problem with my PS2 or PS3 unlike many people who had major reliability issues with the first two x-boxes. We have also begrudgingly become a Sony household.
  12. That was fine when you had a limited amount of mobile customers on that bandwidth. Now that the companies future has a significant connection to a positive mobile experience through the same bandwidth, its a totally different story.
  13. Everybody roams and roaming agreements are subject to change. I am sure USCC has an appeal process. Maybe he can try that route.
  14. IIRC it was called a premium data charge. People only assumed it was a 4G charge.
  15. While I am usually anti chinese, a buyout from Lenovo could be perfect. Remember, Lenovo produced laptops for IBM for years before buying out the unit. Lenovo could enable HTC to move beyond cell phones and tablets.
  16. THIS^^^^^ I have always thought that one of the reasons for Sprints improved customer service was the simplification of the plans. Less confusion for the customers and service reps.
  17. They take an insanely long time to ship. 2-3 weeks. I guess they don't keep an active stock.
  18. Ok. So I got a dual band router g/n 2.4/5. Moved whatever was compatible to 5 ghz. I also took a look at the 2.4 spectrum and holy crap!. There are seven other 2.4 connections(all wireless-n, go figure) in my immediate area. I switched the channel from 11 down to 1 as that was the least congested range. So far it seems better.
  19. Lets think about this. You have to identify your most likely user. In my opinion that would be the person who does not have ready access to a outlet. That is is usually a person who works outside. Those folk usually have their phone in a two piece case that hangs from their belt. Place the solar cells one the outside portion of the case. The next issue is how to protect the cells. P.S.- My going rate is 10% of the profit
  20. Sure. Just look at your average Verizon customer....zing! Disclaimer: Its just a joke!
