  3. Yeah, getting a signal when it is really light like that is hit or miss. Which device you have can make all the difference. Plus it is easier to keep a weak signal than it is to connect to a weak signal. Robert
  4. Yeah, not only is the EVO LTE not Triband, it is one of the worst performing Sprint LTE devices ever. It really struggles to get weaker signals that other devices can use. Which is really important when on LTE. Robert
  5. I worked as a Contractor and Developer in California for many years. Just seeing someone type out the CCC (California Coastal Commission) just ruined my day. Robert via Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  6. It's hard to say. It sounds like you have weak signals. Which will result in weak speeds. Also, there are lots of sites in your market not upgraded meaning too few sites are carrying too much traffic. Based in the current rate of production in your market, improvements will likely be slow in coming. Since your market is right near the IBEZ boundary and the areas outside are still suffering through rebanding issues, we are still not certain how 800 will benefit you. It will likely be at least a year. Robert via Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  7. I wish we could get those type of speeds with 1 bar LTE everywhere. Robert via Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  8. This is the first time I miss New Mexico the past six months since moving. However, it will soon fade when I finally get LTE here. Robert
  9. Except when people are on Triband devices, they will still get B41 and B25 signals and will map them polluting the B26 coverages over them. Robert
  10. We have heard that Sprint is doing some work at MSC's/DDC's to expand capacity, and they are temporarily routing traffic to other Sprint Data Centers/MSC's which is causing a ping increase and throughput decrease. Sprint is also actively deploying CDMA 800 and Band 26 around the Atlanta market. So it may be an issue for a little while. But when they go live, a Triband LTE phone might be a good upgrade. Robert
  11. Three sites were accepted yesterday in ABQ, all along Gibson. The site near Gibson/Broadway, the site near Gibson/Yale and the site near Gibson/San Mateo. Hopefully integration teams have moved on to other Metro area sites today, and more are coming. From here forward, the rest of the info about acceptances will be in the Sponsor section. Robert
  12. No. In those days we have between 500-1000. It just seems you only want to be negative. Even when presented with positive facts. Are you a troll? Robert
  13. Yeah, with multiple band pollution, Sensorly gets less reliable for predicting what kind of signal strength you will encounter, and more likely to determine just whether or not you can get a signal on Triband. Robert
  14. Is it actually TDD? If it is directly adjacent to FDD spectrum then it can't be used for TDD. It would need some separation. It just may be one way, like AT&T's Qualcomm 700 spectrum. Which could be useful with CA. To bind two downlink slices with one uplink slice. Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro
  15. To me it looks like some Band 26 is starting to ink through the Band 25 in some areas/routes. Good job! Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro
  16. And here I thought I was spot on. Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro
  17. The writer has created a contradiction. He says Sprint isn't a part of the price war and then explains how Sprint is warring in the price war with Framily. It's not desperate, it's genius. And it appears to be working. If you don't want to deal with a Framily plan, then don't. Some people will not want to put forth the effort. But they have other options. If it isn't successful, then Sprint will do something else. If Sprint doesn't meet your needs, we understand. You should find the best provider for you. However, you are continuing an off topic conversation. Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro
  18. 90% of the Protection Sites I've seen are Huawei gear. The ones in Lamesa Texas, Flagstaff Arizona and North Bend Oregon are the ones I recall off the top of my head that were different. At least of the ones I've seen. I have seen a couple others too. The other 50 or so Protection Sites I've seen are Huawei. All the ones in NM are Huawei. 19. Hey Denver and Sacto people...shut up. ABQ can have their day. They've earned it. And tomorrow we will tell them to shut up as Denver, Sacto and Honolulu continue to wait. Robert via Samsung Note 8.0 using Tapatalk Pro
  20. We cannot conclude it is incompetence without knowing what the problem is. But it sure seems excessive. Sprint needs to bring its network management back in house. The Ericsson experiment was a failure. I hope Masa sees this and corrects it,
  21. Can you imagine how much I would Lord over you if Rapid City got Network Vision before Sacto? Robert via Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
