Network Vision/LTE - Philadelphia Metro Market (including Lehigh Valley/Reading)

Yeah I am just getting impatient, 3G is pretty good for me but I want the speed of LTE. :P

Trust me, I'm with you. I've been very jealous of my wife with her iPhone 5 on Verizon flaunting all that 4G coverage. That being said, it's now a struggle to keep her data usage under 2GB so unlimited data on Sprint is going to be an even better deal soon!

I think of the damage I can do on LTE with truly unlimited data, I pull about 2GB a month on 3G (1.5-2.5Mbps on average) right now lol. Edited by BlueAngel

I wish I could say the same but 3G hasn't been that kind to me for the last year. Eventual LTE is what kept me holding on.

Is that around north philly? I was hoping south philly around Oregon was turned on

There is a small blip on sensorly for south philly (around washington & 21st) that showed up today. I live a few blocks away so I'll check it when I get home.

Well I work around Oxford circle in the northeast, Oxford and levick, I tried to map it, but I'm assuming since I'm not moving around it isn't doing anything. I will map it I on the way home for sure.

This is exciting but still nothing for me lol. And apparently you can't map on sensorly for iOS.

I'm in the same boat. I might just activate my old EVO LTE while they're deploying in Philly just so I can map on sensorly.

So I just got home and my 4g stayed up, I had Pandora on and it was working flawlessly. Sensorly for whatever reason would not let memap at all, could someone with an android try and let me know if it is the app today, or something on my end? Also my 4g icon it's still up at home, but the internet isn't working at all. When I tried a speedtest, it didn't make it past the ping check.

Can't help but be happy how this is coinciding with the Galaxy S4 launch today. I was seriously considering leaving Sprint when I upgraded to the S4, but now it looks like I may stay!

So I'm a dummy and Sensorly won't map if you are below a certain battery percentage, so I just got home from a map trip and my entire neighborhood is lit. It isn't showing on the map yet, but my 4g measurement was 417. Check out the Olney area later tonight, hopefully it'll be up by then.

I'm noticing my 3G status bar is disappearing from time to time like its tying to connect to LTE but it just goes back to 3G, perhaps this is a sign.

I've been getting this as well. Also, when I cycle through airplane mode when in the vicinity of an LTE tower, it takes 30 seconds or more to reconnect to 3G or pick up 4G. Normally that cycle takes 10 seconds or so.

Mine unfortunately doesn't connect to LTE it just goes back to 3G.

Something wierd happened when I was sitting in my car.. I am located in NE philly close to NJ... about 4 miles from Tacony Bridge.. My phone picked up 4g. I did a speed test and it was very slow.... Less than a megabit. I am going to see if I can get the signal back. This must have just happened as I never got a 4g signal here before.

Where is HappyHappy? He was so pessimistic about the rollout, I would love to hear from him.

I was feeling rebel rouser-ish earlier and wanted to post that clearly now this thread is filled with Sprint employees. Turns out when I see upgraded NV antenna's all over the Philly market, it WAS a good sign that much progress was being made!

Probably fringe signal. I'm assuming the ping was still quite low though?
