I just seen work getting done on Highway 99 and exit 92 they had lots of hardware looking ready to get installed. I got pictures but I'll upload them when I get home

Kinda far away as my car is to low to get through the dirt road to get there. Also this tower doesn't seem to be in any map I've seen but I regularly see sprint trucks around it.

Talk about a dirty windshield, haha. jk. No, it's on there. I see it all the time. Best way to view it is when you are going north on J St in Tulare and merge onto 99 north.

I'll be down there tomorrow. I'll make sure I pack my good camera and see if I can get a few photos of it for you. I just passed by the second time today and the guys are still working on it, i seen them going up with some fancy new panels to the top rack

You would know better than I would, but by looking at the tower in Google Earth it sure looks like Sprint is on the bottom or middle rack.

Our wimpy little tower has just gained some fingers!  Talked to the contractor and 800MHz & 1900MHz confirmed!

The signal seems stronger but no real data speed increase.

No. If the new panels could be fired up that quickly, they wouldn't bother putting the old panels back up there. Be patient.

If anyone is to blame now, it's the city of Fresno, and AT&T for the backhaul work they have here in the Lower Central Valley, and any other backhaul provider.

At least Sprint is moving there now, which is more than I can say in 2012 or any of the other years you mentioned.

I think its an AT&T conspiracy to make sprint service worse
