  1. I went down for that nik wallenda thing, I was connected to band 41(clear site). I had no issues and also went for a drink in jewelers row, no issues at all. The network handled fine, no issues with calls or texts and I did a few speed tests. I got 6-8 during the peak and was able to stream video from discovery channel and a few news channels while waiting. Overall I was happy, I was almost expecting to see 3g like speeds, Thankfully I didn't
  2. And of course the stock is getting hit hard today was under 5 dollars at one point.
  3. If it is band 41 clear, it won't go that far. If it is sprint 8t8r band 41, that distance will be just a little less then band 25 after it is tuned and powered up to full strength
  4. It doesn't have all the frequencies that are part of the new cca/rrpp, that is what everyone on s4gru wanted. If you haven't read about that, here is the article about that also http://s4gru.com/index.php?/blog/1/entry-367-will-lte-service-on-rural-roaming-preferred-program-partner-networks-be-native-coverage-for-sprint-customers/
  5. A good write up on the note 4 http://s4gru.com/index.php?/blog/1/entry-376-sprints-galaxy-note-4-all-you-need-is-scented-candles-massage-oil-and-barry-white-write-that-down/
  6. Sprint got number 1 on the reliability index, tied for call performance. Didn't get number one in texting, was surpised at that. Yet still tied for second with verizon. Data score is in the 90's too, that is really good. I am so happy to see sprint improving on rootmetrics http://www.rootmetrics.com/us/rsr/new-haven-ct/2014/2H
  7. We got a schedule and accepted map of sprint 8t8r. So you could know about what time frame 8t8r will be going up and what has been accepted so far. If you upgrade to Premier Sponsor. Sadly the only thing I can tell you is that sprint is deploying 8t8r all over the united states. This I know sometimes can be a big step up from just being a member, but it is so worth it. I know a few guys who have went from member straight to Premier and they love being Premier member. They have not once regretted it
  8. Another win for sprint on the rootmetrics http://www.rootmetrics.com/us/rsr/fort-wayne-in, Now just get band 41 deployed. Fort wayne will be enjoyable experience with sprint then
  9. I wouldn't say the whole market has been optimized, yet I know some areas have. There was areas that I use to drive in, that I use to see 3g all the time and it is now band 26. I do believe that they have a lot of sites at the same power as when they turned them on, I know some areas could use stronger signal and band 26 could provide better coverage with stronger power levels. Give it time, it will only get better with time
  10. I am shocked to not see verizon be apart of the apple sim too
  11. I finally got though them, Yet I am sorry to let you know. It wasn't b41 on the way back, It was more second channel/carrier. There seems to be error in the reporting. You did connect to a few clear b41 sites though, just not sprint 8t8r
  12. Thanks for that, I will be sorting though some of it tonight and tomorrow. I don't have much energy due to roofing my parents garage with my family this weekend, But I wanted to let you know. I got it at least
  13. Did you have just band 41 enabled and all the other bands disabled. Because if you didn't, then your at the mercy of what the networks picks for you.
  14. enabled to disabled, again I didn't notice it until I looked is ##3282# view screen
  15. mine changed after a prl update, I didn't notice it until I looked at the screen. I am glad I did, because now I can help track the 8t8r sites
  16. Well he may give you 8t8r site for christmas or maybe a just a lump of coal. Who knows if you have been a good boy or not this year lol
  17. It probably means they are testing the tower and it is a low power setting. I am glad to here you guys are finally getting the speeds you deserve, central Illinois has been hit with bad data speeds for way to long.
  18. I have had a htc evo lte, samsung galaxy s3 and now I am on the htc one m8. I honestly like them all, The s5 and htc one m8 pretty much the same device. Just two different companies. I like the front speakers, that is what I love about htc devices and the audio is better on them. I hear the LG 3 is great too, as long as it is spark device. You really cant go wrong on any android device
  19. I haven't had any issues and I was in east/west dundee, carpentersville, algonquin, huntley, woodstock, harvard and marengo today lol
  20. Yes it has!! I would do what gr8nuguy says, and do the trial period with a new phone number. Make sure it is a spark phone, which most of them are, I think you will enjoy the way sprint is going and it is only getting better
  21. The dropbox worked, the google one I need permission. Thanks for that, it filled in some sites. If you want you can always message me every time you do a fun trip like that
