  1. I was aware that sprint didn't allow international LTE roaming in any countries?
  2. My focus would be to get 800 on every site first and then worry about second B25 carriers and B41.
  3. If anyone knows, out of curiosity, which roam indicator corresponds to what in Sprint's PRLs (eg. Sprint, Extended, Roaming etc.)? The ones I see mostly are 0, 1, 160, 162 and there are also a few 228s...
  4. Vodafone will work in most places you go (UK, France, Germany, Italy). They do everything kind of mediocre but they are the best choice if you don't want to be switching your SIM every few days. Use Swisscom in Switzerland for best coverage and I'm sure someone else can chime in as to what the best choice is for Belgium.
  5. Yea Vodafone is pretty usable and present in most countries...do you have a full list of countries/cities you will be visiting because I'll be able to help a lot more with that info
  6. EE is my favorite in the UK and Bouygues has always been reliable for me in France. T-Mobile is awesome in Germany and I can't really remember how things are in Italy or Belgium. Additionally, if you happen to be headed to Spain, Vodafone and Movistar are the best - Orange and Yoigo were pretty spotty. Also, if I remember correctly, Swisscom was pretty good in Switzerland. That's about all I remember!
  7. iOS users don't really have a way to post the PRL...
  8. CDMA is still up and running on 800mhz. In downtown Seattle, as far as I can tell, all PCS has been refarmed to LTE. On the other side of Lake Washington (the suburbs), PCS CDMA is still live and there is no PCS LTE.
  9. I am back in one of my usual areas and the LTE signal strength has completely dropped off. I usually get a -102 to -110ish B25 signal from a particular PCI but today it's all been -118 or 3G with a mix of PCIs I have never seen before. The usual PCI did appear twice at -122 and -124 dbm. Any idea what might be happening?
  10. I understand the new LTE band but couldn't Sprint tweak their current RRUs and antennas to support the H block? It wouldn't be optimal but it would be a band aid fix until they are able to roll out new RRUs and antennas...
  11. I think that the PCS H Block would be awesome for Sprint. It will give them 10x10 in every market (the PCS H Block is adjacent to the PCS G Block) and possibly 15x15 or 20x20 in markets where Sprint holds the PCS C Block. Additionally, I don't believe sprint will need new antennas/RRUs due to the proximity between the PCS G and H blocks. I think that Dish's AWS would be a waste though because it would require a whole new rollout of equipment and everything.
  12. The iPhone has a lot of issues with field test not updating. I wouldn't trust that screenshot.
  13. Maybe they could add VoLTE as an option (a service) on their website. That way, regular people would not be able to accidentally enable it and complain about dropping calls but people like us would be able to test it.
  14. Noticed some new LTE on Sensorly from western Minnesota out to Aberdeen. Is this real? Also does anyone remember who Sprint leased their PCS G block to in Aberdeen?
  15. They filed for quite a few permits a little while back. I wouldn't be surprised...more like super excited
  16. From what I have recently learned, there hasn't and won't be a permissive update because the equipment was never designed to run on anything other than 806 to 824.
  17. From my observations there are quite a few, especially along/between 5 and 99.
