The 32gb Black Nexus 5, it shows up as a Nexus 5 with picture and everything. Doesn't state capacity on the activation screen; as I am not switching back till post spark update! So I don't know if it shows the capacity of the model as well....

As users gave reported the nexus showing up on Sprint site as the proper model. I logged in to check and can now switch between my nexus 5 and HTC one max without contacting support... It seems I didn't press activate but it at no point made mention of chat or calling in up to the confirmation page as I had done last week... That makes me happy!

I like LG myself but they are the worst of the big three android manufacturers in the US for updates.... I want the G2 personally myself... But got the ONE max and will check out the flex when it becomes available... You would think the flex ad G2 would be similar enouh to get the update out....(´･_･`)

Has anyone elase noticed when connected to band 41 that the YouTube app won't stream videos? I have to open in browser before I can get an active data stream....

The site doesn't show spark coverage because the nexus hasn't gotten the update... The issue with it not picking up certain towers I experienced that and I found out, this is a hypothesis that was conffirmed when I got the HTC one max. The nexus couldn't connect to those towers due to them broadcasting band 41 which it couldn't pick up... Only if I forced lte mode exclusively would it pick up band 25 from the same site on the nexus, that the HTC one max does with no issues now.... Dieffernce between official spark update and no spark update on the nexus 5...

I would go for the nexus over the s4 better rf better feel when you have it caseless the screen is nice too almost as good as HTC quality... Better than the G2 natural color representation..... Official updates and unlock boot loader when ever you do get the itch to tinker...

So I think the snow definitely affected band 41 propagation. But, band 25 is back to working seamlessly and connecting.. which means it was a tower issue in my area over a device issue... I also noticed it won't switc on an active connection. It must pause before it hands off back to lte... Just observations on the network half... The batttery life seems to drop off quickly the first 20 percent of use and then park in the middle after some moderate usage.... I do have a powerflip case coming though excited about that...May look into the boombass speaker accessory as well...

you don't have to cancel your line you can her transfer liability of your account into the account holders name. that way that would be the 7 without you having to cancel your line.

So with the reports for T-Mobile and Verizon out both posting huge quarter 4 gains.... Just how bad are Sprint numbers going to really be... Those customers are coming from somewhere... But if this causes a shake up for the better so be it!

I was able to talk to retentions and not regular customer service they are definitely doing tower work in my area hence my recent issues... I speak with regular customer service they don't seem to know anything...But I am glad it's not a device issue I just got my nellkin tempered glass screen protector... It's so lovely... I hate screen protectors but this Nillkin is awesome!

It's not but I have a few more days to see if it's a tower issue or a device issue... I would have to pay the 35 restock fee...

I'm aware... I'm aware.. So you have had this happen to you as well? I only am asking because I had the nexus 5 and it wasn't having these issues... But it also wasn't spark enabled so may have acted differently... But I can't be sure with out another device so hence my question...

Alright so before I exchange my device has anyone had any handoff issues... Does it park on 3g and not connect to lte without being forced by you ? I'm not sure if this is just a software issue than can be corrected.... mine doesn't handoff after sitting on 3g for hours I have observed... Only if i do a prl or a profile update will it connect temporarily until it loses reception again...

I am thinking 6 inches for me is a sweet spot I mean it's not as pocketable! But,I like my anime shows and books on this ONE max screen... I don't go dancing like I use to so I won't need as small of a phone to fit into my jeans lol... Can't wait to see the flex for myself in store though....

this tower is in the west bx off the 1 line on 230th and bway...It seems to be coming from a shared tower with pcs and brs panels so I am I a straight line of sight, but far distance from that tower when I am in my living room. The band 41 gets picked up then drops to the stronger band 25 signal but it can't hold that cconnection as active. So it will cycle again to the band 41 till a data connection is established or else it will give up and drop to 3g... I've already contacted Sprint about so I'll be keeping an eye on if and when it changes..

So as I know have an active spark device and a device that isn't spark enabled yet my nexus 5. The tower i kept disconnecting from with my nexus 5 but would connect fine with my mom's LG optimus g which is single band... I still can't connect to it with the HTC one max. But I did pick up band 41 from that tower... But something is still wrong with the tower as it should have band 25 that isn't transimitting to devices.. that was at street level I got that speed from my apt it's more like 12-18mbps

No still just snapdragon 800... What I find confusing is that it is 299.99 with a two year agreement.. i thought those don't exist anymore or am I missin something... At least they are being phased out.

Yeah I found it after some more playing around... Now I have to fix a potential billing issue because the Sprint rep didn't add unlimited back to my plan... And I went over already in a day..but loving the phone

I took the plunge while switching to the framily plan and got the HTC one max today.. so far some teething problems but figuring it out... I hate how WiFi keeps coming on when I turn it off.. but love the screen real estate will be switching between this and the nexus 5 for the foreseeable future...
