  1. Well, it appears these are my two choices, if going with an Italian carrier SIM. Vodafone band 3 @1800MHz & band 7 @2600MHz; they have band 20, but no band 20 on our 6P. TIM band 3 @1800MHz & band 7 @2600MHz; again, no band 20 Here is what I found on our version of the Nexus 6P: GSM/EDGE: 850/900/1800/1900 MHz UMTS/WCDMA: B1/2/4/5/8 CDMA: BC0/1/10 LTE (FDD): B2/3/4/5/7/12/13/17/25/26/29/30 LTE (TDD): B41 CA DL: doesn't matter since band 3 & 7 aren't supported I sure could use you antenna/radio experts to chime in here. Would either of these Italian carrier SIMs work to get LTE in my 6P? Appreciate the time and advice
  2. True, it will be good enough to continuously upload pics to Google Photos. I'm hoping that our 6P shares some Italian carriers LTE bands so I can swap out the Fi SIM for the Italian carriers SIM for some LTE help with those pics.
  3. Good afternoon all, The better half and I are travelling in Europe later this year. I have a Google Fi SIM card, which I'll activate when we get to NYC for our flight to Milan. I plan on using the unlimited 3G roaming of Google Fi when in Greece, Spain, France, & Croatia. However, much of the trip will be in Italy. Does anyone know if any of the bands our Nexus 6P supports statewide, are supported in Italy? Basically, can I get any LTE in Italy with my Nexus 6P. Ideally, I'd like to buy an LTE SIM for Italy for faster pic uploads, etc. I'm not even sure where to find this info, Appreciate the help Skid
  4. @Sean_K My mom has this router and an HP printer. It was giving her all kinds of fits. I had to log into the router and change a setting within the router for the two to communicate. Sorry I can't remember the setting, she lives a few hours away. After I made that change within the routers settings, she hasn't had an issue.
  5. I haven't experienced anything like you described when purchasing a phone through Sprint, and requesting my activation fee be removed or refunded. I've bought plenty of Sprint devices since 2000.
  6. With any luck, that handset will be nothing but problems.

    LG G3

Sounds good, I'm not actually actively trying to sell it.

    LG G3

I've got a G3 that has been delegated to backup duty since purchasing my 6P. Shoot me an offer through PM if interested.
  9. Ladies (if there are any) & gents, can we please steer the conversation into a more anti-Sprint and pro-TMO course? Not enough Houston_Texas likes this. Humble thanks
  10. So...parasites? Absolutely shocking that parasitic data pigs are at it again.
  11. Sorry for thread-jacking with the International Sprint Global Roaming I was talking about. (vs. Open World) Does anyone know if there are any other boxes to be checked in the service add-ons section to enable International Sprint Global Roaming? .20/minute calls, unlimited international texts, unlimited 2G data This plan will cover us with the exception of Greece & Turkey.
  12. If it's charged as an overage, then how do you choose 3G speeds instead of the unlimited 2G?
  13. When finally sitting down and comparing services, it seems like going with International Sprint Global Roaming is the best option. Then use the cash I would have used to get a Project Fi SIM on internet minutes on the ship. I already have International Sprint Global Roaming (not Open World) selected as an add-on. Do I need/want to add any other add-ons? I would like to make sure when we arrive on the other side of the pond, everything is all setup and running as smoothly as possible. I didn't see an option to add a GB for $30 (3G). Is it listed as a service add-on as well? Thanks
  14. I'm also considering Project Fi for our visit to France, Spain, Greece, Turkey, and Italy.
  15. I have a Nexus 6P. Is adding Open World the best option to use my phone while in: Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, & Italy?
  16. Bravo! I absolutely could not have said it any better myself. They (Google/Huawei) hit the proverbial ball out of the park with this one.
  17. AJ,This is near and dear to my gut. We live about 3 miles south of the Blue Springs location. Favorite breakfast place EVER! Biscuits & gravy / cinnamon roll pancakes FTW!
  18. If it ain't broke (and working wonderfully) don't fix it. Shrugs shoulders. Suppose if the update included bringing me biscuits and gravy I'd HAVE to update.
  19. Hmm Seems like a stellar time to stick with my current ROM. 0% time spent off of LTE/WiFi
  20. No no...You should be able to reformat the exFAT SD card to FAT32 using a PC. If Windows doesn't achieve this task then track down a reformat utility.
  21. Early bird gets the worm. I was not the early bird.
  22. I'm in KC. Great market.Consider myself a heavy user. Never charge overnight anymore. Just about 30-45 minutes per day.
