  1. You mean this one? Image removed because I'm an idiot and didn't edit out numbers on the card
  2. After watching what happened to the Moto X Pure owners trying to get their phones activated, I'm certainly expecting issues and delays. Until most/all devices can be swapped from/to each domestic carrier, issues should be expected. (IMO of course)
  3. I was quite surprised when I received the receipt. I'm keeping the SIM on the very off chance it's the correct one. Suppose I should rail how Sprint support is the worst in the history of the world and how it's this type of support that will spell doom for Sprint. Stuff happens and I'm thankful to be older and patient.
  4. That's the same thing that happened to me last week. Chat sent a 2FF USIM. Hopped right back on later that day and they ordered the 4FF CSIM. Not a whole lot to do but keep up with this thread and over at xda. I would really like to keep the 6P locked down but I've got to unlock and root to modify it for my vision.
  5. AJ... thank you for (hopefully) ending this discussion, which quite frankly doesn't belong in this thread. Any new info as to what SIM the 6P will be utilizing? I did receive a 4FF CSIM (V5) from Sprint yesterday. Anyone order a usb-c cable from OnePlus? They have started selling them, prices start at $5.49.
  6. Agreed! I read about people hating the Nexus 9 due to woeful lack of RAM. Never had an issue with RAM management. The thing flies. ~~shrugs shoulders~~
  7. I honestly don't. I'll try naked first. I've got gynormous hands. Not a huge deal if it gets cloudy. Can always pick up a cheaper and possibly better case after the 6P has been out a while.
  8. For the last number look for SeanK's post on the previous page. Tell the chat rep it's for the 2015 Motorola Pure X or HTC M9. Keep in mind we don't know for certain that this is the correct SIM yet. You want international chat. Let me dig the link up. sprintworldwide.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch
  9. After ordering the aluminum 6P, I placed a separate order for the clear adopted case and a USB type C adapter. Both of which are being sold on the Google Store.
  10. Yeah Cletus, the battery *should* be good with the size and Marshmallow Doze. It appears the camera is one of the best as well. USB type C, fingerprint sensor.... I'm an embarrassed middle aged man thinking of Christmas morning.
  11. Totally agree with this. Plus, it's a preorder. I've never heard of a preorder selling out. On a somewhat related note... I went ahead and ordered a SIM through international chat this afternoon. It's the one SeanK posted last night. I'm extremely excited about this phone! Here are my (smartphone) devices since I've been with Sprint, which is around 15 years now. HTC TouchPro HTC Evo HTC Evo 4GLTE LGG3 Really excited about my first Nexus phone. I've got the Nexus 9 tablet and it's fantastic (in my opinion and for my needs)
  12. And sadly my eyes can't read documents with white backgrounds. I sincerely appreciate your efforts nonetheless.
  13. Sean,Can you confirm it's the same SIM as the HTC M9? There was a lot of confusion early on in the activation process. It's a CSIM correct?
  14. Saved up for a while for this device. Was going to wait for reviews or hands-on like I usually do. What the heck...I went ahead and preordered the aluminum 32gb. Even sprang for next day shipping. $50 in Play credit sure doesn't hurt either!
  15. Although I whole-heartedly agree, let's keep this thread on topic. There are a plethora of other threads in which we can discuss this issue.
  16. Couldn't possibly disagree more... BTW that's ok. (at least on this site)Let's get every single person off of subsidies, get pricing to where it needs to be in 2015, and TRULY pay for the service you are using. Total separation of device manufacturers and service providers!
  17. Sorry mang, think you're missing my joke.OIS vs. IOS
  18. As someone who hasn't used wireless charging previously, I don't mind the exclusion at all, especially considering the USB type C connector, and thus rapid charging capabilities. Personally, I feel sd cards aren't secure and can only add to certain issues when working with different ROM's, etc. I will be disappointed in the lack of OIS. However, the Moto XPE has proven to be a solid camera performer without OIS. These RF numbers are strong enough for me to make a purchase, although I'll be waiting for some reviews or hands-on before making the purchase.
  19. Sorry about the incorrect 479.99 price statement, I was going off of their Twitter post instead of the actual site link. I'm really impressed at the 6P price point, especially when compared to the 5X starting price point. I'm really hoping for good (better than 5X) RF numbers. If those numbers are solid, I'll be going with the 64 or 128gb option. Still somewhat shocked at the price point they were able to get to.
  20. Starting price @ $479.99? They've got me at that damn price point baby! (android police)
  21. Dang... $379.99 starting point for the 5X with these specs? Seems a bit steep to me. I'm more interested in the 6P and can only imagine what they'll charge if the 5X is starting at almost 4 bills. Already have the cash saved up but may just have to buy a 2014 Nexus 6. Who am I kidding?
  22. As a person with visual impairment, hurtling toward blindness, this is extremely cool!!!
  23. Haven't heard a word on pricing yet. I would expect that next Tuesday at the Nexus announcement. That is undoubtedly the ugliest thing on a phone I can think of. Due to my vision impairment, I was really looking forward to the Nexus 6P. I've never owned a Nexus and will not purchase a carrier specific phone again. I'll keep an open mind when it comes to the 6P and the 5X. It may shake out when I go with the Moto X Pure, or possibly even pick up a Nexus 6 (2014) on the cheap until next year. Man that thing is superf'nugly.
