    I don't know if this has been asked before so forgive me but would it it be possible to split the PLMN into MCC and MNC? I like how Samsung uses the MCC-MNC convention.

    We're talking about different things I think, I thinking about how you don't need to deploy a GSM carrier if you've deployed a W-CDMA one.
