Update hasn't hit my phone yet but as far as I know they still are? Are you having an issue?

Yeah, for me, both *#0001# and *#2263# do not work for me anymore.

December 18th and still no Android 14 here...  Just where are you folk getting it?  My phone claims it is up to date with 13!

It automatically downloaded over a month ago? You have an S23 Ultra? T-Mobile branded or unlocked? I have no idea why you wouldn't have gotten it yet. My Tab S9 has already gotten the update.

i ended up using odin to flash the update on my sons phone

I bought it direct from Samsung.

Phone now upgraded.  TM still claims update 'not ready.' Samsung said I needed to go to a Samsung Authorized Repair Facility.  In San Diego County those are only a few and all in Best Buy stores (in the coastal strip}.

Once there, they fixed it in only a few swipes.  Took the whole drive back into the East County before it was done- but felt good when at home and up to date!

I don't understand why a store had to upgrade it? It should have been pushed out to your phone nearly two months ago when they pushed it to everyone else.

Seems fine so far.  I think I have seen some of the issues that have been reported.  But it hasn't been too bad.
