Network Vision/LTE - Miami/West Palm Market

Mondays In Flames

Recommended Posts

So I drove around the area that sensorly reports that lte showed up on fountainbleu but nothing.. even went up to the 97ave bridge that goes over the 836 and nada.

Maybe they turned it off.

What phone you have? I drive under that bridge you mentioned everyday on my way to my office. Tomorrow morning I shall stop at fountainbleau shortly before I head to my office. Lets see if I pick up LTE with my i5

I passed by that area last night, and nothing. Maybe they turned it off? I toggled airplane mode on both of my phones but nada!

Hopefully they turn it back on soon :)

It is not unusual for the subcontractors to turn off a site at the end of their work day, and then turn it back on when they come back. Especially if they aren't even complete with it themselves. This site also wasn't on the accepted sites list this week. I don't think it's complete yet.

I figured as much since it didn't come up in either phone. Hopefully that also means that they are starting to work south too. I live right around the corner from that site.

They all are being upgraded. 4G and 3G. It's just a matter of when.

Good news guys. Mall of Americas area does have sprint LTE. Just minutes ago driving south on palmetto to Kendall picked up LTE. Started before flager st and died on the 874 (don Shula ) south right after you go thru curve that you have tropical park to your left going south. So this was a huge chunk of sprint LTE. u4a5u4us.jpg
du4eju9e.jpgvy4ymyha.jpg

This tower must've gone live this past weekend when someone mentioned it. Last week I had to go to tiger direct located at mall of America and I wasn't picking up LTE. Tomorrow morning ill take the palmetto northbound from Kendall via 874. I want to check going northbound if results are the same...

on iPhone5/iOS6 via Tapatalk...

Miami is an active Network Vision area (LTE is being deployed now). If you would like to see exactly where, there is a map in the sponsors section you might find useful.

I haven't seen eHRPD in days in my area. It's like Sprint turned it off for a while?

Still on at my home in 33157, but it was only turned on last Friday...

This is common in markets under deployment prior to launch. It will probably happen again.

Picked up LTE again this morning. Driving northbound on palmetto to my office. From bird road to entrance ramp to 836 east bound. I've noticed driving north to south my LTE remained constant. Today driving south from north it isn't. Comes and goes.
