Just saw work being done in one of the sprint towers. Took this pic from my patio so it may be a bit hard to see. Zip code is 33144. One of the workers can be seen in the tower. I passed by and the rru are being installed behind the panels. My 3G speeds are much faster today but that's probably because the legacy panels were worked on. Yesterday I was averaging .1 Mbps, today I'm averaging 0.8 Mbps.

Unfortunately, no. Those look like AT&T on top. The ones that look like Sprint are legacy panels.

Unfortunately I do not have an LTE device, since Im stuck with an iphone 4s, but will let you guys know if the 3g speeds improve and remain consistent. I will be upgrading to the iphone 5 once LTE coverage is a bit more widespread down here.

If you go near NW 57th Ave and NW 195th St (which is where the 4G tower is at) make sure to toggle airplane mode on/off to force the phone to scan for LTE.

I really hope they fix the LTE issue on the Evo soon. My wife's S3 had no trouble keeping LTE inside the house, but mine went back to 3g.

I'll try to wait it out. I don't feel like fighting with Sprint. Maybe when the store gets 4g and I can show them the issue. That and I do like my Evo otherwise.

I might have quoted the wrong tower. There's another tower on Miami Gardens and 47th that might be Sprint. I just got almost 30mbit down and 10mbit up! In Sensorly it only did about 9 mbit down, but in the Speed Test app I just got like 25 mbit down.
