Phallic cell tower gets a makeover

Another thing to slow down T-Mobile, and they're not even deploying LTE for another year. Hope Sprint's NV towers don't have this problem.

That's so ridiculous, lol. It looks ridiculous too... phallic isn't the first thing that comes to mind, but it does look ridiculous.

The phallic tower property owner is the Haywood Area Recreation District (HARD). You cannot make up stuff better than this.
