The tower that serves that area has not been issued the required permit(s) yet, so you are probably mistaken.

I went by the tower that serves the Shaw/Villa area tonight just for kicks, and it has not been updated. If there's any where else you see it, run a speed test to verify and definitely let us know where you're seeing it.

From what I heard there is a lte sight up and running up on highway 41 somewhere near coarsegold I don't know if its further past or where just found out from a engineering friend he said its been up for a few months now idk if its live yet or what .

From what i know Sprint Only Has Two Towers That Been Approved But they are not on the list i gave.....The Lady i know at city hall is a planner and she informed me she was gonna work with sprint on there permits She also said that she was gonna have them finished by the end of next week.Once Her and sprint Plan everything out then will be submitted to another dept in the permit process.....She said hopefully Sprint would start work in less than a month If everything with planning goes good .But i will keep everyone up with the process

Considering that 1.) I was point blank on these two upgraded towers and had no LTE, and 2.) there's multiple towers between the two in question and the areas you said you had LTE and especially so at Shaw and Villa, where there's a non-NV tower within sight of that intersection, yeah, I think it does.
