    Hows signal strength compared to androids or past iphones for the 7 plus? I havent had a iphone since the iphone 4. Currently have a g5 and think about switching back to iphone.

    Im down around gettysburg and i noticed that my pings on speedtest are 150ms normally now on all towers in the area. Before it was anywhere from 30-60ms. Something is deffinity up with the backhaul i think. Ive reported several times in sprint zone.

    They should have equipment down on the watertower on the southern end of town. Im from gettysburg pa in shentels network. They added at least 7 new cell sites this year in my county alone. Some of the areas only have coverage from sprint now.

    Was down in ocean city md today. Network was swampped on all bands but 41 where i could get it. Was down by the inlet parking lot most the day and sprint is horrible in that area of oc. Couldnt get more then .10mbps down on band 26 signal strength was around -113. On parts of the boardwalk my g5 was roaming onto verizon.

    Shentel really needs to upgrade backhaul to the towers in hanover. They have 2500 dual carrier and a speedtest yeilds download speeds less then 3mbps and uploads around 18. Ping is always 250ms or above. Tests done on a lg g5

    Anyone else care to share how the signal strength is in low signal areas compared to their other devices? Compared instore with my moto x pure and its only a few dbms weaker then my moto in good signal.

    Yeah it gets crazy here around then. I know all the towers in hanover have 2 b25 5x5 carriers.

    I wonder how it compares to the note 5 or s7. Looks like the fcc numbers are higher then the s7 when I last looked.

    Ive noticed pretty high rsrq values on both 800 an 1900 in the shentel area like -12 in up. I guess its due to the 5x5 channel.

    Shentel needs to up the power on their 2500 they get horrible range compared to other markets

    If they did end unlimited data for whatever reason you would think that if your already on a unlimited data plan that you would be grandfathered into the plan like the old verizon and att plans. I dont see them forcing you to switch unless you lease a new device or something. I maybe wrong though.

    Its on howardforums also. His best was 202 down. Has a iphone 6s. They think it was x3ca. Band 12 + 2 + 30.

    Vzn will shutdown evdo before the shutdown 1xrtt because 1x is far better in rural areas then lte. The roaming agreement will expire before they shutdown 1xrtt.

    Yeah I know all the sites in Hanover for all carriers. Att is on the water towers as well. Sprint uses two panels per sector on both of the water towers and is the only carrier that I seen with that setup down there. The new tower down there has the same setup. I'll be down in the morning and I'll check it out further

    So I was in Hanover last night and noticed a new tower that was just constructed by the Texas road house on Eisenhower drive. It looks like a sprint high capacity setup from the amount of panels installed, going back today to check it out. I know there is a new site in Gettysburg (1370 Fairfield Rd, Gettysburg, PA 17325) that was just added a few months ago that is now broadcasting.
