  1. I know this is a random question... but do you think Sprint will do an Easy Pay credit with this again? I really want to replace my Sierra 250U USB modem with this... but I know this has had Easy Pay discounts/credits before and I'd really like to get it when that's going on.
  2. I haven't read this thread in almost a week, the whole Root Metrics report and everything I'm reading just puts a huge smile on my face! I love how much Sprint has progressed, in fact the proof becomes more and more obvious. I went to an Irish inn/restaurant in Green Bay this last weekend. I was the only one on Sprint while three other people who were with me all have Verizon and guess what... I was happily camped on Band 26 with -110 dbm pulling about 2-3 mbps, while ALL 3 of my Verizon peeps were at 3G and getting pissed off because they couldn't use their phones!! And since Green Bay doesn't have "all" the towers completed, it's only going to get better and stronger! I love this. I've been waiting for these days to go HA! Verizon isn't all THAT great, huh?
  3. B41 is popping up all over in Appleton now... The Kohls on Northland and the Fox River Mall in the food court are just a few. They have really made a lot of progress here this year. Once the rest of North Wisconsin gets all towers to at least one band of LTE, Sprint is going to ROCK! I've already impressed a few Verizon customers on B41 when all they could get was 3G...
  4. UPDATE: Firstly, I received an email regarding shipping of my hotspot last night. Unfortunately, the December ship out date won't happen, rather they will ship it out "hopefully" in January. They are making sure all the bells and whistles work, and there won't be problems out of the box. The sad part is I know some more than likely ordered it as a Christmas present. Because of that, in the email they sent me a link to receive a free "Holiday Pack." I'm not sure what it all includes, but it certainly is a nice gesture! Secondly, if people are still interested, they are offering the Karma Go for $50 off again for Cyber Monday. If you PM me, I can give you a referral code for an additional $10 to bring it down to $89. Here is the link that explains the shipment date... https://blog.yourkarma.com/karma-go-shipment-update I'll keep updating this thread as I receive more information. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
  5. A new account as a new customer with a new line? My grandparents would be two new lines as well as new customers.
  6. I'm REALLY bummed by this... Was going to add my grandparents for new lines and possibly an additional iPhone to my account as a new line and I would be able to get it to at least $35... Like Rocket said, we might just need to be creative about it. But for now, I guess I'll be stuck at $50. They really want people off Framily, don't they?
  7. Be on the look out for a new Family Share commercial featuring this screaming sheep!! And also Usher's song, "OMG"... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evudEwVvq5o As soon as I find the true commercial online, I'll post it! It's hilarious! I died laughing...
  8. I was right next to the strip mall by Kohls on KK (Calumet) or Appleton East side. I would definitely consider upgrading to at least a sponsor or a premier sponsor, there is a TON going on in the North Wisconsin market over the next 180 days!
  9. Well then... As I sit here getting my haircut I'm getting my first taste of B41 in Appleton! Actually first time ever I've been on Band 41... Not bad either... 52 ms, -106, 26 down, 5 up... I'm happy with that!
  10. I'm kind of bummed, I tried reddit a couple times already and haven't got any response from it. Granted I only have 2 lines (Possibly 3 by Christmas) but still... I REALLY want to get my bill down.
  11. Just in FYI, here is a very useful Black Friday site I was told about quite a while ago and have been following it religiously... Brad's Deals is a great one to get leaked ads very quickly. Sears, Kohls, Kmart, Radio Shack and Sam's Club are the big ones leaked as of now. http://blackfriday.bradsdeals.com/ads Happy deal hunting everyone!
  12. That is the standard LTE icon whether you are connected to band 25, 26 or 41.
  13. You pick a concert location based on which one has had more NV and tower upgrades...
  14. I've actually been tempted to get a used 32 or 64 gb 5/5c/5s to replace my iPod Nano and add it to my Framily as a new line so I'd have a better and bigger iPod with data. I'll definitely be following this thread.
  15. On the funny side... Here is a cheap costume idea... Get a sprint shirt or yellow shirt and grab a bucket and put a data increment on it and say you're part of the Family Share plan and are a Sprint data bucket! ????
  16. I stopped tricker treating at about age 12. The last good costume I did was a SWAT officer... Full equipment and everything. Of course being all mock equipment. It was pretty cool! Now, I hand out candy and advertise my DJ company by setting up lighting packages and playing Halloween music!
  17. Wanted to let everyone know, as of 10/28, the coverage map on Sprint.com shows Spark coverage for the Sheboygan area! Going as far north from Howards Gorve, south to almost Gibbsville and as far west to Plymouth.
  18. I gladly will! I'll do a full review as soon as I get it at my doorstep.

  20. Karma Go Hotspot Discussion & User Thread Since we don't have an official spot for this little hotspot, I'd like to make one... meet the Karma Go hotspot. Running off the Sprint LTE network, the Go is a Spark/LTE Enhanced enabled, tri-band hotspot. Currently it runs for $149. Down below in post #2 you'll find all the information that I've compiled about Go. For anyone who has never heard of Karma, check out the Karma Go. If you'd like to purchase the Karma, PM me and I can give you my referral code for an extra $10 off your purchase! Be sure to watch for sales to get the Go at $99 and if you add my code in, $89! Current Sale(s): Not at this time... Check back soon!
  21. Well... My home ISP is through my little Sierra 250U modem (yes I know, I should upgrade to the router, but don't have the extra $$ at the moment) since I live out in the middle of no where, where there is no cable or DSL available... maybe someday. Lets just say I'm VERY thankful for Sprint! So this is what I get through my Sierra 250U modem & Cradlepoint MBR95 router: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a/1003883122 And here is my LG G3 at a -79 signal on B26: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a/1003874804
  22. Talking about the Karma, I found this data guide on their blog a few months back. It's a good reference piece. I'll leave it here just in case it's useful to anyone... https://blog.yourkarma.com/how-much-data-do-apps-use Very tempted in getting one for myself, the fact that the data rolls over AND is more than 1/2 the price per gig plus you don't have the "access fee" is wonderful. BUT... I need to pay off my LG G3 before I spend more money on more devices.
