  1. Completely agree. Its not hard to confuse me - but color me confused here. A single add-on would have made sense. Unless there is something else that I'm missing?
  2. How are you seeing that it was classified as on the Sprint Network? Interesting that SCP notes "Domestic Roaming" but you are saying your phone indicated 'Sprint' ? Innnnnnnteresting.
  3. Masa doesnt hide his feelings about the current state of the US Cell market. But with that being said - he sounds to be a HUGE cheerleader of where Sprint is quickly headed.
  4. MASA: "I am extremely excited about this turnaround at Sprint."
  5. Like others, I can see the "Passpoint Secure" network, but I have to have login creds for that. My understanding was that this deal was supposed to automatically authenticate.
  6. I'm at ORD right now and also can not get this to work. Connected to the 'free' wifi which has a 30 minute limit.
  7. Any updates on this buddy? Missing the widget dearly. lol. Is it possible to create logs of the information (similar to how SCP does it with androids?).
  8. It should. I have no additional charges. Sent probably 50 texts, 5 MMS, and used a total of about 100mb of data. No issues.
  9. I was led to believe from SWW support chat that with my iphone6+, so long as I have IVR, and I am in an IVR country, my phone will not connect to a network that is not 'with' the IVR program. See below from my chat transcript:
  10. Just wanted to express my joy with this add-on as well. Added it to my account last week. Landed in Vancouver yesterday. Phone latched onto Rogers. Has been relatively rock solid since I've been here. I did not try Google Maps with satellite view, but it works fine on standard view. IMessage works, text works. I offload to wifi and use wifi calling whenever I can, but I am extremely happy knowing I can at least text and use some data for free. Two thumbs up!
  11. This is great news. Oddly enough - I just found out I will be in Canada quite often for work now through the beginning of December. I will go add this to my plan shortly; Very cool!
  12. I know they are calling for some wicked weather here today. (Livingston County.) Stay safe! Looks like that line that rolled through your area is headed down here right now. Very odd to see storms move almost straight south. Now headed off to watch that video you posted!
  13. Look at that folks - new PRL king? I hereby nominate TRIP! I really know nothing about PRL's, but I'll be here to see how things develop.
  14. Gotta get AT&T in there too somehow. VZW, AT&T, and Sprint all team up and make a commercial against TMobile? Would be glorious. lol
  15. Looks like Unlimited call/text/data with 4G/LTE coverage in Canada/Mexico. Whoa. Have not ready any fine print yet, but that sounds impressive.
  16. Update - removed the app via cydia. Rebooted. Went back to cydia and reinstalled the package. Rebooted. When iOS came back up, I saw a pretty new orange CellularInfo icon. Works fine now!
  17. No go. Installed via Cydia. Never showed up. Rebooted. CellularInfo showed up, but the app crashes as soon as the white 'CellularInfo' screen pops up.
  18. How do priorities work when near partner sites? Example: One campground that we visit frequently is out of Sprint LTE range. Our phones bounce back and forth between Sprint native 3G and 1x on 1900. There happens to be a USCC tower a very short distance away. Will Sprint phones (either now or later) place preference on USCC LTE or 3G/EVDO over regular native Sprint 1x?
  19. I was able to get the repo to take but I get a 404 when trying to download the package.
  20. Update: Not sure if it is a local tower issue or due to the carrier package 20.1, but I am not holding on to LTE like I used to in rural areas. On a 15 mile trip through the country where I used to have LTE the entire trip, I saw both 3G and 1X. Reported in the sprintzone app, but I can say I am not super happy about it. I still grab solid B26 inside my house, so not all is lost.
  21. Wowsa. A favorite from the man himself. And as others have said - job well done to Robert. I am sure the feedback from the editorial and from other fellow members of this site certainly helped make this an quick decision by the powers that be. WINNING.
