That's not what that means. They are incidentally included with SFO.

Strange thing just happened while I was on the phone, I was already on PRL 2512, and I just got an automatic PRL push but the number stayed the same. Anyone else got experience the same?

I have had happen to me a quite a few times, its normal.

I manually tried updating the PRL last night but no success. Got stuck in "checking for update" the first time and the second time said none was available. Today my phone decided it wouldn't connect to LTE starting at 2 PM so I did an update and got 25012 and LTE back.

and to sum it up, what were the changes in this PRL, anything big or just more SMR800 additions?

So this added 1x 800 smr for california?I noticed that it adds SID 22431 with Redding, CA listed after it and 1x on S/476 S/526 which are smr channels right? CDMA Field Test App shows me on SID 4183 which I'm assuming is PCS band. Does this mean that SID 22431 just hasn't been turned on in my area yet and this PRL is just in preparation for physical upgrades to come in the future?

In a nutshell it means your phone will scan for 800SMR in your area. It doesn't mean the coverage is there though.
