Are the sites in southern Delaware full biulds.

Many are. I have only seen a few that aren't. I actually went out yesterday to some sites that I hadn't been to before. A few of them where to far off the road for me to see clearly enough though. Based on what I have seen and some other info, I would now say about 2/3rds of the sites are full builds.

Well all but one tower i'v seen in  Cecil county that are NV accepted are GMO that have not seen a person one climb up the tower to change out antennas all legacy still. I still don't think I will see LTE on the four nearest tower's to me till 2014 late 2014 at best.

It is probably a safe bet to say all of the remaining sites will be full builds. Plus, just because a site is a GMO doesn't automatically mean it can't broadcast LTE. I believe at least 2 different GMO sites have been accepted and verified as broadcasting LTE (I just don't remember what markets). If you are in either Elkton or North East, MD I would think you will see at least some LTE before summer.

The one near Hartly is back in some woods behind an Amish Farm. I can see it from the road, but I can't tell what has been done there (its at least 1/4 mile off the road). I'll probably swing by there after work tomorrow and see if I find anything.

I doubt that will be it though. I saw a couple of towers in Sussex County being worked on this week when they let me out of the office on Monday and Tuesday. I also picked up a 1x 800 signal testing near Fenwick Island and Ocean City, MD. Legacy equipment has been removed from several sites in Sussex as well.

I was able to carry an LTE signal of varying strength all the way from I-95 in Newport near Rt 141 southbound onto Rt 1 straight down and across the C/D Canal Bridge until I reached the toll plaza. I mapped it on Sensorly as well. I don't think I uncovered any new towers but I think they're fine-tuning the coverage in place. Last week, those same towers gave me spotty connections toggling between LTE & EVDO at least 3 times.

Nv all most done back haul needs start rolling faster , were almost 1 year behind .

Would love to see some more action with backhaul, particularly down in Kent county. They did have my local tower down overnight, not sure if it was related to NV work...
