You have to realize that finding someone that actually knows what they are talking about is a million to 1.  You might get lucky but most of the times they don't know anything at all as far as on going nv issues.

Data going in and out every 2 minutes. All morning.. Smith bay.

Yeah, been doing that all week.  I wish someone from st croix could chime in and see if they been able to connect to lte on the eastern half of the island.

My data has been steady, no drops. Only this morning has it been doing this.. odd. I tried reverting to an older radio to see if that helps but no. Man I wish I knew someone that was doing the work for a clear answer.

This is ridiculous... Data dropping literally every 10 seconds.. just cycling. On off on off.. can't do anything productive like this. Am I eligible for some downtime credit with Sprint if I complain?

I am sure you are, call them up and see.

But yeah, it's quite annoying.

anybody ever tried tmobile on the rock?

I used to have an additional line with tmobile a few years ago and it worked fine when it did but overall coverage was horrible.  Tmobile's website now shows that the entire island is covered through a roaming agreement(I would assume with Innovative) but I don't know how accurate that is.  A friend of mines just got here a couple of days ago who uses tmobile and said service was fine until he got to his moms house in smithbay where he had no signal most of the time.

It's insane how much difficulty they appear to be having getting things up and running properly in the USVI.

Like I said way back in the very beginning of this thread, the VI portion of the upgrade will lag behind.  I am not really upset because this is exactly what I expected.

True, your words were quite prophetic unfortunately. It's just hard to believe that getting the remaining dozen or so sites online with LTE is becoming such an debacle.

The last few sites are always the hardest to do, that's why they are the last.
