Was this in a store you heard this from, because from all information we have here on S4GRU pinpoints the start of the Lower Central Valley Market at a summer start, but if they want to start work sooner, we will definitely be happy. S4GRU
A Samsung source told me a few weeks ago that they are trying to get all their markets started before summer. They really want to be the first OEM done. They want to use Sprint NV to be a spring board for more work in the U.S. Network Vision was the first large scale Samsung Network contract in America. Samsung wants to become a dominant player. Robert via Nexus 7 with Tapatalk HD

They very well could be the major provider for TD-LTE in Network Vision 2.

If Sprint bypasses Fresno, the outcries from "madder than hell" customers will get them in trouble with the FCC the BBB, and other agencies in charge of their business industry. They have had no problems complying with stealth requirements in other cities across the country. Give them time, they will have to redesign the plans for Fresno. No biggie, just time consuming. MacinJosh
And one more thing, in Vegas, all site plans have been submitted by engineering companies. They could have been the ones giving Fresno problems. Did you get any info from Clovis? Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk
matthew23319
I been trying to contact clovis and they have not returned my call . The lady from sprint permit said they are having a meeting with all carriers in a couple days but it is closed doors she mentioned that someone from sprint should be attending and if she hears anything she will email but she believes they should began submitting permits soon

They don't have to add LTE or do NV upgrades if they don't want to. I don't know what you're talking about them getting into trouble. I think I was in a hurry typing that out the other day at work. I forgot that Sprint doesn't have build out requirements on G block like other carriers have on 700MHz.
