Losaltosstudios
I'm thinking I'll just take the Clovis rodeo tower down. I mean, no ones using it. Maybe we can collectively auction it off and bribe Sprint with the earnings. Maybe get a full launch sooner! Surely there's a better use for all that material than a useless 3g tower lol. Oedipus
I dont see how becoming a customer of the only company that provides service in your area is considered a problem. Do you expect him to use 56k in 2014? Sprint provides the service because they want the customers....that's how it works. Does Sprint offer an unlimited home broadband / fixed wireless / mifi type of service?

Oedipus
Is he doing some kind of illegal hotspot operation? A hotspot is not intended (nor priced) to replace a wired broadband connection.
jamesinclair
A hotspot is not intended (nor priced) to replace a wired broadband connection. But he never said hes doing that....? Hes accessing the internet on his cell phone using the service he paid for. Thats not contributing to a problem.
Flraiders
Yesterday I was at the sprint store in visalia and I was looking at the galaxy4 phone and it said it was picking up spark network. Was I fooled or is this a reality. The store rep said this was the first time he seen this and said it must have been picking it up. Does anyone know about this

Does anyone know about this Did you think you were on Spark because of the Spinning Icon? Or did you actually verify you were on Band 41 in the Engineering screen? The Spinning Spark LTE icon shows on all Triband Android devices (except Nexus) regardless of LTE band. Even when not on Spark.

That would be wonderful.

I know a few of them equate the Spark logo thing to Band 41 off the top, but they really don't know.

This means you're connected to one technology at a time. When connected to LTE, you're only connected to LTE. No 1x.
