  1. Sorry, I meant to say 1X 800 CDMA
  2. What do you mean "All 3G"? Does that mean just backhaul and 1X 800?
  3. GS4 because I have the GS3 and it's a good phone.
  4. Does anybody know if any other carriers will use TD-LTE in their networks?
  5. And then you have to wait for good phones that can even USE that much bandwith (GS3 and GS4 limited to only 5mhz x 5mhz LTE). I don't mind the wait, just saying. :-)
  6. Sprint's LTE network performance isn't looking good so far: http://www.techhive.com/article/2039452/atandt-has-fastest-lte-service-t-mobile-off-to-strong-start.html Discuss!
  7. I agree with the every 2 years. These smartphones aren't built to last. Around 2 years, I have always has either a few or a LOT of problems with my smartphone (I'm on my 3rd). Sometimes problems start around a year. And that's with me taking good care of the phone (not dropping it, no water damage, etc).
  8. That version doesn't tell you if your on 800 SMR though.
  9. Best Buy because of a mix of their prices (a lot of the times they had the GS3 on sale for as low as $50), their trade in value for phones and if you trade in and get a new phone there (2 yr contract), they'll give you $50 on top of the trade-in (at least they used to have that).
  10. Another interesting point is that (at least on their website), there are only 2 phones available for their $70, no contract plan.
  11. Oh, they changed the community posting to say MD4 now.
  12. The website says MC3? http://community.sprint.com/baw/message/569403#569403
  13. The one thing you WILL miss is a phone that supports LTE other than a 5 X 5 configuration, which Sprint will eventually do (ie 10x10, 20x20, etc). So with current phones, you will miss out on faster speeds later. Even though I think the current LTE speeds are good enough for a smartphone.
  14. That second link doesn't work.
  15. The Sprint GS3 doesn't have the Exynos chip.
  16. Will the current LTE phones (names GS3), that work with LTE in sprint's G band, also work in the other PCS bands (A - F)? Also, could they possible work in other bands (cellular, SMR)?
